Original Beach front Cottage

Egret is a cozy studio, 340 sq ft with an open layout, perfect for a single person, couple, or family with little ones, with NO stairs to climb. Fenced in yard to provide your pets privacy and convenience. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed (New Mattress) and queen sleeper sofa (linens for the sofa must be requested in advance, for reservations with less than (3) guests, an extra linen fee (20.00) is required. For maximum comfort we recommend no more than two adults and one or two children. One half of a side by side duplex, it is private and has a separate entrance from the other unit. Each side has its own separate fenced yard

Beach Access 🏖️
Egret has a private beach access that allows guests to enjoy the surf and sand located just a few feet away.

Kitchen 🍴
Guests will find Egret has a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, Keurig with 5 cup drip coffee maker, stovetop espresso maker, French press, Ninja blender, kitchen gadgets, spices, oils, condiments, kids dinnerware set and more. We provide a starter pack of paper products (paper towels & toilet paper), guests are required to furnish their own once they run out.

Full Bathroom 🛀
Egret is equipped with a full bathroom complete with a shower tub combo. Temperature controlled tile floor for maximum comfort. We do provide towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer and a starter pack of paper products.

Amenities
Fresh linens with every guest (sheets/comforters), New AC/Heating unit installed June 2024, temperature controlled heated bathroom floor, smart TV with Roku, cable and many apps (Netflix, prime), DVD player and DVD library, electrical outlets by the bed with USB ports, remote controlled ceiling fan/light, garment steamer, iron, hypoallergenic mattress and pillow covers, outdoor shower with hot water (shared with the other side of the duplex), fenced in yard.

Beach equipment ⛱️
We provide (not to be left unattended at the beach): beach towels, beach chairs, bodyboards, coolers and toys. Available upon request with advanced notice: beach umbrella (not to be left opened while unattended). Guests take full responsibility of the umbrella while it is in their possession, and may be charged a fee if it is returned damaged.

Pet Friendly 🐕 🐱
We welcome your pets! Please declare all pets in advance of arrival. Pets that are not declared will result in a $250 fine, with the possibility of having reservation forfeited without a refund. No weight limit or breed restrictions. Non refundable pet fee ($110) collected through VRBO and must be paid prior to check-in; $110 for the first two pets, $110 for each additional, maximum four pets. Wet pets must be dried off before coming inside (bring your own towels for your pets). Yard is fully fenced, pets must not be left in the yard unattended. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Pets that are deemed excessive barkers/whining (periods lasting 15 consecutive minutes) may be asked to have other arrangements made or vacate the property.

Fire Pit 🔥
Each side has its own fire pit for guest use. We ask that fires not be left unattended, and the fire extinguisher is present. Do not light fires on windy days, and make sure all windows and doors remain closed during fire pit use. Guest are required to furnish wood for fire pit use.

Charcoal Grill
A charcoal grill is available for all guests to use while staying at Egret. Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.

Exterior shower 🚿
The exterior shower is the only shared amenity between Egret/Sandpiper. Shower is located inside Egrets fenced in area.

Parking 🅿️
Egret has designated parking that will fit up to 2 cars. If you are bringing more than 1 car, pull the second car directly behind the first.
