Welcome to Sanderling on the coast of Carolina! Under new ownership as of Feb 2025, this pet-friendly 2-bed/1-bath condo is just steps from the beach. Thoughtfully decorated for comfort, it’s perfect for couples, small families or remote workers with our reliable internet.

Directly across the street from 2 beach access points with peek-a-boo ocean views from the front porch. (Approx 200 footsteps from the beach)

Our inviting second story condo was designed for comfort and convenience! Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with brand-new linens, plus the fluffiest towels (2025). We’ve even included Turbie Twist hair towels & beach towels to make your stay even better.

Our thoughtfully stocked kitchen stands out with quality cookware—no mismatched pots that look like they survived the war! Here you'll find Le Creuset bakeware, NutriBullet blender and a Breville espresso maker for a touch of luxury.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay seamless, from dishes and cookware to beach chairs and pool toys—perfect for small families. Traveling with a pup? We even provide waste bags & food bowls.

Need to work remotely? We’ve got you covered with reliable internet and a dedicated desk in each bedroom.

We provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery store (Food Lion) is just a short drive away for anything else you need. Come relax, unwind and enjoy your stay!

POOL:
Quaint community pool shared with just 7 neighbors. Tentatively opens 5/15/25 - 10/1/25.

PARKING:
We strongly recommend bringing just one vehicle for your trip due to HOA rules and limited parking availability. While you can sometimes manage with two cars during slower seasons, only one parking spot is guaranteed.

MAXIMUM RESERVATION LENGTH IS 30 NIGHTS ONLY.

This condo was fabulous! It was very clean, newly renovated and had a lot of extra amenities. The shower and towels were top notch, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There were games, beach toys and towels and beach chairs. The beach access is very close. I would definitely stay there again!

Charming Coastal Condo Just Steps from Golden Holden Beach

Charming weekend stay at an updated beach condo with a pool, just minutes from the beach. Super cute and cozy, with a 20-minute walk to the historic pier (currently closed). The owner provides thoughtful starter amenities, making for a relaxing and convenient getaway

Perfect Getaway @ Holden Beach

Sanderling was exactly right for our stay at the beach! Absolutely everything we needed and some things we didn’t (but others might) was thoughtfully provided by the owner. She was a dream to work with and we hope to return again and again! Finding sea biscuits was icing on the cake!

This property is perfect! Close to the beach, has a pool, pet friendly, and the unit itself is filled with thoughtful amenities. From the relaxing balcony to the well stocked kitchen, we were thoroughly pleased! The owner is extremely responsive and kept us informed all through the process of renting. Great place, close to beach

This rental went above what we expected in our stay! The owner is very thoughtful and left caring touches everywhere! She even left me a birthday card! The rental is very tastefully decorated without going over the top with wild colors. The beach chairs, towels, sheets, etc all helped make our packing much easier and allowed room for other items. This is very close to the beach access within a very short walk. The neighbor downstairs is super sweet, too! Nice pool area and pool. We will definitely keep this on our short list for rental :)
