Quick Christmas stay

We were visiting family in NSB for the holidays and this place was very convenient. Didn't spend much time in the condo, but it was very clean and lots of room for our family of 4 adults.

Very comfortable, Great Amenities

Hard to find a 3 BR in NSB. Great complex, 2 pools, fam loved playing Bocce Ball. Condo was very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

This condo was very comfortable with a large living area and two large verandas. The property is not located on the sand, but it’s a short walk to the beach. This beach is New Smyrna at its finest—far away from the drive-on beach so it’s less crowded and hectic. The condo was located towards the back of the property with expansive views over the estuary. The kitchen was very well apportioned and each room was very comfortable. My friends and I are looking forward to coming back and staying longer!

Hidden gem

Loved it. Never used VRBO. Went to New Smyrna to attend memorial services for a dear friend, who with his family lives in the same complex. The unit was equipped with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy. The views from the balconies was mangroves, wet lands, estuaries and sunsets. Calming.

Outstanding experience

This condo is definitely a great place to stay. It is very large and expertly furnished. Everything is as is shown in the pictures and description. Three large bedrooms and two full baths. Fifth floor with great views. The beach is a short walk across the street. The property manager responded to a few questions I had quickly. Our party was 6 adults. If you are in this area I highly recommend this property.

Don’t stay here

Do NOT stay here. They will keep your card on file. They violated the vrbo policy. They kept my card on file a month after our stay and made UNAUTHORIZED charges!!!! Beware of D3 by the sea.

Sorry you felt this way Haley, We charged you for the security deposit because you violated the terms of the lease. You brought not one but TWO large dogs into the home without paying a pet fee as stated in the listing nor did you disclose this at the time of booking, we only found out because the owner has a ring camera and questioned the dogs - and there was no pet fee paid. Please be honest with hosts, we love when people visit our beautiful beach town but don’t disrespect our locals and people who live here.
