This home features 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, pool house cottage, and spacious/fun outdoor spaces for the family. The home is configured with a 3 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living room on the ground level. The upstairs also has 3 bedrooms, a bath, kitchen and living room. These two living areas are separate with individual entrances and an exterior stair between the two. This rental is essentially a duplex that is being rented as a single home. With this rental, you and your family will have access to the entire property!! In addition to the main house, there is a cottage home located adjacent to the pool that is configured with a gaming table, Sofa and a full bathroom.

The outdoor spaces and size of this property is really what makes this home special and a unique home in Surfside. “1 Fun Beach House” features one of the largest pools in Surfside Beach. The pool is 16 feet x 31 feet with a 7 foot deep end. Adjacent to the pool is our 5 hole mini putt-putt course, a bocce-ball court, lounge chairs, picnic tables, and shuffle board. The outdoor living space is 2000 square foot fenced play area for you and your kids!

This home was recently updated and professionally decorated with new furniture, decor and accessories. TVs in every bedroom room and a large 75inch TV in the upstairs living room! 300g Fiber Optic Internet Service is perfect for streaming or working. The 2 kitchens are fully furnished with cooking supplies to facilitate homemade meals during your trip. The beach house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure.

A little bit more the Upstairs and Downstairs:
The Downstairs is cozy space configured with a sofa, loveseat, and breakfast area. The homes screen porch is located just off the down stairs living room. Full kitchen, with granite counters and full appliance package. Ceramic tile floor except the 3 carpeted bedrooms. The bathroom has a single sink, lots of counterspace, toilet and tile shower/tub. This downstair space features lots of built-in cabinet and a built-in desk for kids or working. Owner managed and available for further details and questions.

The Upstairs is the same layout and size except without all of the built-in cabinets and desk. This makes this space feel more spacious and we have configured this area with lots of seating when the whole family wants to hang-out together. The living space features a sectional sofa, accent chairs, sofa bar with 3 bar stools, and 4 bar stools at the granite kitchen island. The breakfast area with accommodate 6 when the table is fully extended. There is a covered deck area just off the upstairs living room and of course the expansive wrap around deck. Yes! Another Full kitchen, with granite counters and full appliance package. The upstairs has laminate floors throughout except for the tile bath. The bathroom has a single sink, quartz countertop, lots of counterspace, toilet and tile shower/tub.

We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and a starter trash bags in the bath and kitchen. Linen Package is included. When you arrive the bath towels will be in the bathroom and the beds will be ready with fresh linens. We do not provide beach towels or beach chairs.
