• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels
• Guests must provide their own propane for the Gas BBQ Grill
• Stairs are required to access the home
• Please feel free to use the beach gear in the pool room. Please take care of the equipment so the next guest can enjoy it as much as you :)
• We own the other half of the duplex, Unit A. Please message us if you would like to book both units :)
• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the garage doors overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.
• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise
• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise
House Rules:
-Maximum of 18 guests
-No pets allowed
-No glass in the pool area
-No parties or events allowed
-Smoking Inside Is Prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
