This beautiful unit is located on the 5th floor of Aqua Resort, allowing you to enjoy the high-rise life while being low to the ground! You and your party will be able to spread out and relax in this recently updated Aqua unit! As you enter your future getaway home, you will be in love with the floor-to-ceiling balcony windows.

Making your favorite local cuisine has been made each with a fully stocked kitchen. The open layout of this unit makes it easy for you to gather together while being spread out! No matter what you decide to do Aqua 505 has everything you will need to ensure your vacation runs smoothly!

Within walking distance of Pier Park (less than one mile) this luxury resort features amenities like a Whirlpool Grotto, Indoor pool, Gulf Front Outdoor pools, on-site Fitness Center, Cafe, and rich tropical settings to get you ready to enter your vacation dream home. Your family living area is richly appointed throughout with an open setting to both dining and kitchen activities and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors to let the Florida sunshine in.

Property was as described. Plenty of room in the condo- just need a lot of seating for our family of 8. Beach chair service is a plus! Overall, the property is great. Just minutes from attractions like Pier Park.

Christmas Vacation!

We love the set up of our rooms. There is plenty of room for the adults and the kids to have space. The view from our room is breath taking! The parking garage is very convenient. Location is perfect for seeing all the sights. We always enjoy our stay!

Great Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, located on the 5th floor, very spacious. The only negative is that the kitchen was not fully stocked like we are used too. They didn’t even have the basic spatula. They kitchen tools, some good non-stick pots & pans, griddle, etc. However, the condo was very nice. Also the floors needed a good mopping. When you walk around in white socks on 1st day, they should not be dirty.

Aqua is the perfect location. Walking distance to pier. Schkums right across the street. You can hear street traffic though but not to bad!

Extended Holiday

We took a spontaneous trip to the beach over Labor Day and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit was just as described and in a great location. Such a plus that this unit came with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Great location

We have stayed in several different condos in Aqua over the years. We love the location and Aqua. This condo was a little disappointing. The AC did not cool the unit until the next morning - the first night's sleep was rough. The refrigerator didn't cool off until the next morning - we had to put food in a cooler with ice to keep from losing everything overnight. The condo itself is nice, but really needs updating. The shower head in the big bathroom has so little pressure I had to use the other shower. The other shower is a little icky from a bit of neglect and age. There is not enough seating in the living room for the occupancy maximum. Where in the world would 8 people sit to watch TV? A little TLC and some thoughtful updating is in order. We will avoid this condo in the future, at least until upgrades are made.

Clean condo and beautiful view

We were happy with this condo complex. The building was nice and clean and perfect location. The condo was most importantly clean with everything we needed. The beds were both comfortable but extremely noisy anytime you’d roll over at night. The ice maker never worked which was frustrating being there for a softball tournament. I did submit maintenance requests for both concerns but neither were addressed during our stay.

Blue Swell was super easy to work with and made everything a breeze!The Aqua property is very niceand the condo was as well. The only issues we had were the walk way down to the beach, it to steep and you can not pull a wagon down it because the last part is all steps.The electric plugs in our condo did not work well either, our device chargers would not stay in them.

Great Spot!

Our family stayed here for the Ironman race and the location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Place was just as described and we will definitely consider staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & nice unit! A quick walk to Pier Park and other restaurants in the opposite direction too. Both sets of elevators were close and quick - even during building maintenance. Unit is minimalist and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Neither room is on the water -hard to tell from pics. Ice maker works - you just have to turn on. All appliances looked and functioned like new. Blue Swell was super easy to communicate with via email and text. We were able to check in early for an additional $75. Beach chair set fee is $50 a day or bring your own chairs. Unit does not have any. Water was perfect! We would definitely book this unit again. Enjoy!
