A contemporary twist on a beach bungalow with 2bd/2ba ideally located between PCB and iconic 30A. This gorgeous home is a perfect vacation getaway for a family or couples retreat.

Highlights include; hardwood floors, a spacious screened-in porch, a sleek modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and open concept dining/ living space. The exterior of this home has a sizable screened-in patio featuring a large dining table with seating for six and an outdoor loveseat, where you can sit awhile in the ocean breeze and sip a cold, refreshing beverage.

Kitchen, dining & living have a bright and airy open concept design with hardwood floors, beautiful lighting fixtures, and faint aqua walls the color of mist on the Gulf of Mexico. State-of-the-art stainless steel appliances include; a gas stove, french-door fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The stylish kitchen has white cabinets and a sleek breakfast bar with additional seating. Just the spot to sip your morning cafecito!
The dining room has a formal, distressed wood, Spanish colonial-style dining table with seating for six or more. Prepare a classic home-cooked surf & turf dinner.

The living room has coastal textiles and hues; plush sofas (there’s a queen-size sleeper sofa), a loveseat, 2 ottomans, elegant lamps, and vibrant, beachy wall art, all nicely arranged around an entertainment center and flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have top-of-the-line mattresses, sumptuous linens & bedding, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and splashes of coastal decor.

The location of Barefoot Beach Bungalow is close to the Gulf and all the restaurants and Pier Park. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The house is very accommodating, appointed with all the necessary items. The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, rare for many VRBOs. We definitely will stay again if it’s available.

So close yet so far away. Perfect.

I perfer not to stay on the beach and this was perfect. The only hiccup was the air went out but someone promptly came to fix it.

Clean, comfortable and Awesome!

Communication was exceptional, we were a bit worried as price was very low for what we are used to paying. That was unfounded, much nicer than price reflects! Beds comfortable, house was quiet and clean! We could not be happier!

Nice house away from traffic

Very nice house. Although there were a few things that my husband and I tried to contact the management property about and no one ever got back with us. But overall a good stay.
