Come enjoy this newly built modern condominium in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. This Property is located directly next to Grand Haven Municipal Marina and The Wharf Marina. Enjoy a short walk to the farmers market, splash pad, parks, and white sandy beaches. Just a couple of blocks away from this prime location, you will also find unique boutiques, dinning, bars and much more entertainment. Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel just steps outside your door. In addition to the 3 comfortable beds, we also have a single sofa sleeper in the living room where we can accommodate a 7 person rental. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay. Start your morning with a cup of coffee and a walk down the pier to Grand Haven’s breathtaking historic lighthouse.

Very clean, very responsive. My kids brought friends and were proud of our choice. Four bathrooms are ideal for teenagers. Could use a desk with a small lamp in the master bedroom (but I’m ridiculous to want to work ant a desk on vacation). Easy checkout. We will be back…it’ll be our third booking with you!

Beautiful three-story condo close to the water and downtown. The property was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen and living room opened into one large space, allowing everyone to be together and hang out. Each room had its own separate bathroom. Lots of windows and natural light. We enjoyed walking downtown to get coffee each morning and, in the evenings, walking along the water to the pier. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Great location. Perfect distance to the water and downtown. Can walk to the pier or downtown and neither takes more than about 5 minutes. Carrie was also great. She was very much on top of communications while we were there and even had suggestions for private boat rides that would fit our schedule. Would definitely recommend both the location and the host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property when visiting Grand Haven. The condo is always clean and welcoming. We love the location! Shopping downtown is minutes away as well as the beach and lighthouse. We love the open balcony overlooking the main strip. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences staying here. We will for sure be back! We LOVE GH! Highly recommend this spot!
