Gâtez votre famille - rester au meilleur sur la côte West Beach. Capturez les couchers de soleil depuis le balcon de notre élégante, non-fumeurs, 1900 SQ. FT. condo de coin au premier Palms Beach.

Salon à notre magnifique piscine de jardin tropical (chauffée en hiver) pour l'année autour de la natation. Chaises longues et parasols sont sur la surface de pont et la piscine est entouré de palmiers et de plantes tropicales luxuriantes.

Notre haut de gamme, belle nommés, trois chambres, deux salles de bain, surdimensionné, condo de coin vous permet de marcher jusqu'à la plage de sable dès le balcon escalier. La chambre principale et le salon se ouvrent directement sur le balcon avec une vue panoramique sur les eaux calmes du golfe du Mexique de regarder ces couchers de soleil à couper le souffle tous les soirs. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'un balcon privé.

Propriété Palms Beach est bien entretenu pour votre plaisir avec la sécurité sur place. Notre condo a un espace de parking souterrain privé. Nous avons aussi un placard surprise remplie de jouets de plage, flotteurs, poitrine de la glace et des chaises de plage pour votre usage.

Absolutely 10/10 property! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Condo was very spacious, clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful! Communication with the host was top notch. We would absolutely stay again.

Stop looking and book this condo now!! It's perfection!!! Steps to the sand, pool was great, view was amazing from the entire condo!! This place has everything you could possibly need from beach gear to kitchen supplies and all the comforts of home. It was very clean!! Our host was fantastic, great communication, answered questions quickly and was extremely accommodating. We were sad to leave when our week was over. You will not regret renting this condo!!

Amazing condo! We stayed here for a week with our toddlers and some friends. The condo had everything we needed to cook and had a beautiful view. Lots of beach toys/towels and chairs available. The beach itself was great, not too crowded

This condo is impeccable! The condo was very clean and very well maintained. The “sharing closet” was stocked with everything you could need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach bags etc! There were lots of bath and beach towels and extra blankets! The kitchen is extremely well stocked! We also loved so much the atmosphere of the condo. Everyone staying was extremely nice and family oriented. The pool is perfect and even had a little morning shade which was so nice. The area we also loved. It was our first visit but there were so many fun and delicious places to eat. We have already planned our return visit. So thankful to have found this spot.

We had an ocean view. The condo was extremely nice and had plenty of room for my family. The proximity to the beach was fabulous and beach chairs and towels were available in the room. I would highly recommend this condo and we will certainly return. We loved it!!

Everything went great, no issues, appreciated having just a little of everything here that we didn’t need to run out ASAP and get. Like coffee, toilet paper, laundry stuff, a bit of dish soap, seasonings, etc. Was so great to have beach towels and toys and the little beach chairs really were great. We enjoyed the pool area and the stairs were convenient to access the pool and beach! People at the pool were all friendly and all the little ones there enjoyed playing with each other from other families. All the charging stations were kind of a plus too for everyone’s devices. Walking distance to Indian shores coffee that we recommend and loved every morning and the ice cream shop that had 150 flavors. Those were daily visits!!We would come back here for sure if we can find a week.

Our mom and dad, George and Vie Himley, were original owners in this condo building. They surprised the family after a trip to Treasure Island in 1989 when they returned home and advised that they had bought a condo on the beach! It was always their dream to move from Illinois to Florida in their earlier years, but it never worked out. The condo has been the center of the extended family's fun times since 1991. Many grandchildren learned to swim in the condo's pool. We have continued their love of sharing our 2nd home with guests for all these years, and hope that you love the condo and area as much as we and our families do!

It had to be on the beach, it had to be nice and quiet, it had to have good restaurants around, and lots to do, or nothing to do. When they saw the sales trailer that spring, 1989, they knew the location was perfect!

Beachy decor throughout, fully stocked kitchen equipment, tons of toys and beach gear. THE VIEW! from the living room and balcony, and the spiral staircase from the balcony to the ground, with easy access to the pool and beach. No need to walk through the building, take stairs or elevator to the pool and beach. Baby gate in the unit. Pack and play available upon request.
