Great spot with garage parking - perfect for someone needing to get to Mayo Clinic only a short drive away. Close location to stores and gas and nice neighborhood. Owners were great to work with.

Comfy home - great for weekend with some familu

This was a very nice place to stay for a weekend. We had 4 people and it was perfect little place. Shelly the manager was quickly available and it was nice and clean.

The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels etc. The house was clean and modern. The neighborhood was very quiet and peacful, the yard was nice with plenty of room. The house was nicely equipped with assistance devices for stability. All in all it was avery nice and pleasant stay.

Comfortable place to stay

We were in Rochester for 3 months and staying here gave us a home away from home. Great location, clean house, and Shelly was great in making sure everything was to our liking. Also allowed us to have our pets which made the 3 month stay that much easier.

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place for me and a couple other people while I had appointments at Mayo. Check in was easy and the host was great. She even helped find another place when I had it extend my stay and this place wasn’t available for the extra days. The location was nice in a quiet neighborhood with easy drive to the clinic buildings downtown, a Kwik trip just down the block and a number of restaurants and grocery store relatively close.

Excellent stay

First time using vrbo. She was very patient with us. She was always quick to respond. House was clean and well stocked.Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location

The house was very close to where we needed to go. I do not like being told that we had to strip the beds and start the laundry. I feel that is part of the cleaning fee.

Nice Quiet Home

We stayed here two night during the Big Iron Classic Truck Show in Kasson. It was a short convenient drive to everything we needed. It was easy to communicate with the owner, which we did not need to do since everything was set up nicely.

Right at home in Rochester

We felt welcomed right away with a bully stick left for our dog and a roll of poop bags wrapped up with a bow! The house was super clean, beds we’re comfortable, shower was hot, and the neighbors were quiet!!

Five stars

We stayed here while I had surgery at Mayo. Super close for family to visit while I was in the hospital and close for follow ups after discharge. Nice neighborhood. Cute, clean house. Property manager was nice and easy to get ahold of.

Medical stay

This was a perfect place to stay. We had to be in Rochester for a month and needed to be close to Mayo Clinic and Methodist hospital. It was a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the outside patio was lovely on nice days. Shelley was great and checked in us often. I would recommend anyone that needs an extended stay in Rochester to rent this property.

First time VRBO user

Wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed having a house to stay in instead of a hotel room. The property manager was very helpful in all aspects of the trip. Was quick to respond to a newbies questions and gave us really good advice. Will Definity be doing it again and the price was comparable to hotel stay.

Home away from Home

I want to express how wonderful this property is. It's Convenient to the everything. Shelly the Manager of the property, made us feel like home, even strung some lights in the house for us, made us a welcome basket, filled with homemade goodies. She was attentive to our needs during the snow we received while we were there, making sure we had everything we needed! We are country folk, so to be in the city for such an extended period of time was difficult. This home was perfect for us while we had to be at the hospital everyday. Has all the necessities of home. We would recommend this to anyone who needs a clean, well kept home to stay in.
