Half mile to Earle Rd and Grey Neck Beaches in West Harwich!

The renovated three-bedroom home is located on a quiet Cul de sac walking distance to 2 amazing beaches. This home is also 1 mile to Pleasant Road Beach as well, grab a bike from the garage and pedal down.

Decorated in tasteful beach decor, this home features an open concept floor plan perfect for your family! The newly renovated living room opens to the light and bright kitchen with island bar seating. From there you can make your way through the lovely French doors into the dining area surrounded by sunlight pouring through the windows. A separate screened in porch is located directly off the dining room perfect for those outside gatherings after a long day at the beach. This home boasts three bedrooms, each equipped with window air conditioning and two full bathrooms. There is also a fantastic outdoor shower and changing room.

Amenities include additional ac in the living room, and dining room, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, enclosed outside shower (with a changing area!!!) and gas grill, and outside table and chairs. Owners also have a ping pong table in the basement!

This home has a smart TV you can log onto your own apps. The owner has YouTube TV.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My first time renting this house. It was lovely, nicely renovated, and ideally located. The only thing I would add would be an air conditioner in the livingroom/kitchen/dining area and only because it was incredibly hot the week we were there. There were AC units in each bedroom, which made sleeping fine, but they could not cool the living area and we would not open windoiws in the living area because the bedroom ac units were running.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at 19 Damon Road, 2022, 2023, 2024. First the positives, house location, privacy, parking, walk to beaches, bikes, beach gear. This year we felt the house showed wear, needs major refreshing and a deep cleaning ie sofas, chairs, rugs, pillows, blankets. Paint, new cushions for the screened porch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a perfect sized home for our family of 4. Great location! Everything from the supermarket to a batting cage was just a few min drive away. The home was nicely decorated. We did have an issue with a damp rug that Martha Murray rectified immediately but aside from that our 1 week long stay was great! The house could’ve been cleaned better as there were several areas where the construction dust/dirt/debris was obvious. The owner could’ve also supplied microwaveable dishes and not silver lined dishes. Overall we had a great time aside from the minor inconveniences.
