This charming, compact oceanview condo is perfect for couples with small children, just steps from the beach in the gated Seaside complex. Recently remodeled, it features a unique kitchen with new appliances and a spacious breakfast bar. The open layout includes a King bed, small built-in bunks for kids, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy Smart TVs, a private patio with ocean breeze, and included beach chairs and towels for effortless beach days! 🌊☀️🏝️
Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.

Location Highlights: Just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. A short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playgrounds, events, and outdoor fitness trail. The gated, oceanfront complex includes access to a pool, sundeck, and direct beach access, ensuring a perfect coastal getaway. Full access to the condo, pool, sundeck, beach access, and the gated parking lot.

Please note, only 1 parking pass is available for guests, and the lot has spaces for up to 2 cars under the building. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore Hilton Head’s attractions, or just enjoy the view from your patio, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience!

We always enjoy coming to Hilton head and our stay at 2:35 made it all that more enjoyable this time the room was clean, the weather was great, and the beaches were wonderful. 235 offers easy access to beaches and shops and the host. Kendall was great to work with. Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed our stay. Doesn’t really have a beach view from the balcony because of the palm trees blocking it. It states it is a 1 bedroom but it has no door to the bedroom so difficult to separate noises from early risers in the kitchen and living room. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach.

The condo is very small, but was clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and sweet enough to leave cookies to welcome us. The property is a great location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The building is older and the hallways have a bad lingering smell (not in the owner’s control).

The listing says one bedroom and sleeps 6. There is no bedroom door because of the type of AC in the unit. The 2 beds in the wall are about 2 feet wide. I would not feel safe putting a child in one of those narrow beds, especially that high off the ground. They might be fine if you were used to sleeping on a ship in the Navy. There would be no way to sleep on your side. There were only 4 mugs for a place that sleeps 6. The AC barely reached the “bedroom”. We were a little disappointed in the place compared to the description.

I wish you would have read the listing and looked at the description on the pictures that the bunks are for smaller children. Sorry it wasn't a good fit for your family.

Its a great place to have a nice lake vacation with your family. The camp is close to the road which is a bummer. All in all its a great place. The host is very quick to handle any questions. I think the listing needs to add the rules of the lake or refer future renters to the lakes rules and regulations. Mandatory catch and release. No live bait. Plus a list of other rules. It doesn't have central heat and air due to the electrical service not being big enough to handle the added load. The cabin stayed cool throughout, but would freeze ya out in the living room. Was scared to turn the air off in fear the opposite end would get hot. Would definitely go back. I think the trolling motor battery needs replaced. It would only hold charge for a short period of time (hour-ish). Its definitely worth the trip.

Nice little condo in a great location

Very cute condo in a perfect location for us...beach and walk to Coligny park (shuttle to Heritage classic). Some little things could have been better (i.e. toilet seat that was more secure, garbage slide that stayed on its rails) but overall, a very nice clean little spot.Kendall (our VRBO contact) was magnificent!

The room was clean, AC worked great in the really hot days, kitchen was just what we needed for storing food and water bottles. Was so great to have beach access 2 minute from the room as well as showers to clean kids off and car was so close to room and beach access. Beach was also less crowded than other Hilton head beaches. All around amazing stay and will definitely look to go back there next time we visit Hilton Head.
