Cozy Home

The home layout was perfect for our purpose; 2 friends and their kids (2 girls 1 boy ranging from 9-11 years old). Every room had a TV if anyone wanted to relax, the game room in the garage kept the kids entertained, and the pool was a perfect size. The only "issue" we ran into was that while the pool equipment said 90 degrees, the water wasn't really that warm (could be because it was on a timer that turned off at night and then needed to reheat the following day). Either way the kids didn't mind and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend this home and the management

The pool heater was struggling to keep the water warm due to the unusual low air temperature at night. We have arranged to have the heater switched on for longer hours when the external temp is unusually low. We hope we can rent to you again in one of the villas we manage. johanna and stephen vipvilla

Awesome Property

We had an amazing time. The villa is very nice and extremely clean. We loved the gated community and all that it had to offer. Overall, excellent place to stay!!

Wonderful Place!!!

We definitely recommend that place. We have a wonderful days with our family!!!! Quiet neighbors and everything you need close . Definitely will be back!!!!!!!!

Love Lake Berkley

We rent through VRBO once a year and have never had a problem. Again we just loved the house we rented at Lake Berkley this time. It had everything a family could need for a weeks vacation. The pool was clean and beautiful. The house was well stocked with all the essentials you would need to make this a home away from home. The house was impeccably cleaned and the owners were a delight to work with. We felt safe with the 24 hour guard and security gate. The property is in a great location near everything but just out of the way enough to be quiet from the crowds. Well done to everyone involved in making our vacation a magical time.

We and the Management Company do spend a lot of time with the villa, always ensuring it is upto date, any thing that needs replacing gets replaced etc. Lake Berkley is a very sak=fe and secure gatedResort, and as you know close to Disney, shopping and family restaurants. Great stay

Have stayed in Lake Berkley several times, this was the first time in a villa usually in townhouses. Lovely having own pool and more space. Great location and facilities in villa were great too. Attention to detail was much appreciated. Thanks.
