About this space
A private laid back beach bungalow 300 steps from the beach at 13th street in Cocoa Beach! In a very safe area of town, only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach and 10-15 minutes from the Port! It's a private downstairs apartment with a living room TV, kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.
The space
The bedroom has a full size bed (with a foldout couch bed in the living room), dresser, bathroom/shower, with fresh clean towels & linens for your stay. We also have beach umbrellas & access to rental surfboards and stand up paddle boards. The hosts live upstairs so if you need any recommendations or accommodations we are happy to help! We will respect your privacy! Come relax in and enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
Guest access
Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a short walk or ride.
Other things to note
Catch a rocket launch... take a stroll on the beach during the sunset... relax and enjoy your vacation!

The stay at the beach house has been amazing, the host/owner of the property was available, answered questions, the owner was friendly and i would love to stay again. Next time I'll bring someone to share the place.

Bungalow in Cocoa Beach

This a perfect location if you want to hit the beach, bars, or restaurants in Cocoa Beach. It's a great little one bedroom that is suitable for one person or a couple. Would definitely book again if I was in the area. Check in and out were super simple and the owners live on site and are very accessible.

Wonderful stay within walking distance of beach!

Such a wonderful stay! Maria Elena and Stu were very responsive and wonderful hosts. The backyard and landscaping at the house is gorgeous! And 5min walk to the beach! Amazing location. Very quiet and cute apartment with a full kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

Everything you need for a beach stay!

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

Great Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

Weekend getaway to Cocoa Beach

2nd time we’ve stayed at this gem. Perfect location, as we needed to go to Melbourne & Titusville. The hosts are friendly & close by if you need anything. Glad we met them this trip. Great location, quiet, close to the ocean. Their place was clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed & a lovely space out back to enjoy.

Wonderful stay

My son and I stayed here for our vacation. The hosts were very nice and they had everything we needed! My son said the pull out couch was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It was nice that everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. When we visit this area again (we enjoyed our visit so much we are definitely planning another trip) we will definitely stay here!

We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

Perfect beach getaway

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed 😂! The beach is “right around the corner.” If you’re looking for clean, cozy, and low key this is the place. I look forward to my next stay!

Great little place.

This property was perfect for us. Walking distance to beach and a short drive to town. The owners were friendly and helpful with local advice for things to do.
