Totally renovated 2nd floor Condo with all the luxuries of home located on popular Scenic Highway 98...easy walk to beaches and dining. Gated beach access, a heated pool, tennis. Come enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast!

This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

This place had everything you needed and more. The access to the beach was so easy and we always had a good spot to set up. The hosts were very friendly and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Candace’s place! It was so clean, spacious and in a perfect location for us. It felt like home away from home. It was quiet and not as crowded as some of the other places by the beach. They provided so many essentials including the beach chairs, towels, and wagon for the beach which was only steps away! We cannot say enough great things about our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

The unit is very nice. It has obviously been renovated and kept up. So many small things are included to make the guest's stay great... beach gear, pickleball equipment, plush towels, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, just to name a few. Access to the beach is convenient. Candace and Paul communicated well, checking in with us a couple time to make sure our stay was going well. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. It felt like home and was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive. The location is perfect with easy walking to the beach/ocean and pool. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is amazing. It is absolutely beautiful and VERY clean. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer (swimming, pickleball etc.) Do not hesitate to rent from these owners, they were absolutely wonderful.

We stayed for a week in August. We loved it here! The little touches from welcoming gifts of snacks and waters to local craft beers were so appreciated! The kitchen was incredible and very well stocked. The condo was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The cherry on top was that we had the pool to ourselves on multiple occasions! I highly recommend this property!

Great all around

Pictures did not do this place justice!! It was super cute and super comfy!! It was very well stocked and great location with a quick walk to the beach and pool. The pool was big and water was warm. Everyone got great sleep on comfortable beds. Hosts were attentive and responded quickly. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!

AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOSTS!

This property was amazing and looked just like the pictures! Private beach access was just a few minutes from condo!! Candace and Paul were extremely accommodating through our entire stay! We had everything we needed from spices, coffee, sugar to beach chairs and umbrellas! Will recommend to friends and will stay again! Thanks for making our first trip to Destin a great one!!

Clean and easy!

Fantastic Family Vacation

This is an excellent place to stay. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and more than sufficient in terms of amenities. Candace was very helpful and communicative, especially regarding some questions I had regarding sargassum. We had a wonderful time and hope to make a return trip next time!

Good location for relaxing on the beach, golf, and restaurants. Condo is exactly as described. Nicely outfitted with everything you need to cook, relax, and get a good night's sleep. Condo is quiet and clean.
