Welcome to our townhome located 5 minutes away from the Bear Lake State Park Marina and walking distance to all shops in Garden City. For those seeking summer fun, we are 2 minutes away from public beach access. For those seeking winter adventures, we are conveniently situated only 13 miles from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. With snowmobile rentals just a 2-minute drive away and a variety of restaurants within a blocks distance, you'll have all you need at your fingertips throughout the year.

Ample parking space is available for boats and trailers, ensuring your convenience. After a day filled with thrilling adventures, unwind in our inviting indoor or outdoor pools and soothing hot tubs. For year-round enjoyment, our indoor facilities also feature pickleball courts, exercise equipment, and a recreational room equipped with ping pong, pool, foosball, and even a jump pad and kids' play set.

Little ones will adore the additional playhouse, while the pool table/ping pong table is great for older guests. Hosting friends and family is a breeze with our fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a cozy outdoor lounge complete with a fire table.

Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and three bedrooms. These TVs are equipped with Dish Network but you have the option to login to your other streaming services if you would like.

Bedding arrangements include:
- Master bedroom: Main floor - king bed, ensuite bathroom - sleeps 2
- 2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom - sleeps 4
- 3rd bedroom: 2 queen beds, ensuite bathroom - sleeps 4
- 4th bedroom: 2 twin bunk beds - sleeps 4
- Additional sleeping options include a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and pack 'n plays are also available upon request.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at Waterdance at Bear Lake. The water at the lake was a little cold but there was so much to do at the Waterdance that we still had a great time. This is our second time staying at Waterdance. Thanks for making our stay great!!❀❀❀❀❀❀

Quick family “reunion”

Met up with some family from Utah and Idaho before heading to Yellowstone. The place was great and very well stocked. The pool table got a ton of use, as did the back patio and rec center pools. Walked to one beach, the shake place and pizza place. Then drove to north beach, which was much better quality sand versus rock. Great 2 night trip with the fam! The one minor feeback only based on how damn early the sunrises there compared to Texas where we live. Maybe so room darkening curtains? I know they don’t look great but they could help with that 6am sunrise.

Fun place

Great middle townhome for medium sized group. Loved that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had bathrooms attached. Clean. New. Lots of extras. The beds are comfortable. The teens that slept on the bunks said they were good. The game table was a hit. The pools and indoor playgrounds & games were awesome. All of that is unsupervised and we saw some pretty crazy stuff...kids jumping off the top of the slide into the shallow-ish pool and scaling the beams in the building. Unplugging the bounce house...too bad parents won't watch their kids because someone will get hurt. But we did love all the extras. The house had everything we needed, loved having a crockpot to use!! Good location...walked into town twice and watched the fireworks from the parking lot.

Great for large families

We had an extended family Thanksgiving trip here, and the property accommodated a lot of different age groups and families. The pool table got a lot of use, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Overall the house was very comfortable, clean, and new. The community pool was just okay, and VERY crowded. We only had a couple of minor issues: My older kids (18 & 23) found the bunk room mattresses very uncomfortable, and the view from the back deck was just giant mounds of dirt and trash—in fact, we saw people unloading garbage there the day after Thanksgiving.

amazing fall girls getaway

this property was absolutely everything the listing said it was we loved it loved it was close enough to walk to the beach for sunrises each morning as well as go to Moose buns for coffee. We absolutely loved the outdoor seating in the back to just chill at night. It was furnished beautifully, and had everything that we needed to not have to leave and have a wonderful time when we did have a question the property manager was so quick. We will be back again for sure.

Excellent Home and Location. Home was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed our 3 days in Bear Lake and this perfect property.

Nice townhome, nice decoration, spacious rooms, large and equipped kitchen, nice backyard.

We had a great time in this new, clean, and fully amenitized vacation rental. The location was great and we were able to walk to most things.

OUR NEW FAV!

Gorgeous!!! SO much detail in making this a fun place for families. We loved the location. Close and walking distance to get your Raspberry shakes:) Loved the back patio during the golden hour. Highly recommend. The only complaint from everyone, were the Beds and Pillows. So uncomfortable. Don't think adjustable beds are necessary in a rental. Otherwise, Perfect!
