Living Area:
The cozy living room features comfortable seating, warm décor, and large sliding doors that lead to the oceanfront deck. The custom dry bar is perfect for mixing up drinks to enjoy on the deck while soaking in the panoramic beach views.

Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare beachside snacks and meals, and it features both a Keurig and drip coffee maker to cater to all coffee lovers.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom, direct access to the oceanfront deck, and a mounted TV.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom and mounted TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with shared bathroom access and mounted TV.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, shared bathroom access, and a mounted TV.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are fully renovated with modern fixtures, including spacious showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
