Meticulously maintained "Mansion" sleeps up to 30 with 11 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms on 10 acres. The "Mansion" is surrounded by plush landscaping and secluded surroundings for your privacy. There is both a main house and a guest house. The main house consists of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with over 5000 square feet of living space. The guest house has an additional 2000 square ft, which includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and is perfect for guests, privacy, or hired help. There are many amenities including 4 smart TVs, a hot tub, a sauna, a game room including workout equipment, a built-in bar, a pool table, and a Foosball table. Outside there is a private pond for fishing, a pavilion with a fireplace, a newly added Pickleball court, a basketball court, a home theater room, a putting green, and a fire pit. We have recently installed a private Tesla charging station free for all guests!

I would book this house again. Daniel the property's manager was responsive. The house is a bit outdated and needs some repairs but nothing that is a deal breaker. We got very little instruction on check in and check out.

Great location and very large property with a main house and a guest house. Was great for our large family reunion. Rooms are well spread out and easily accessible, and good amenities. A couple observations:* Yes things are dated and need tlc and some damages, however didn't stop us from having a good time * Bring bug spray* Bring toilet paper, only some bathrooms had one* Some unexpected construction (early in morning) and cleaning folks (really late at night) came during our stay which was a nuisance

Everything was clean and well kept. Called the property manager and he was very helpful and quick to respond. The court is a little slippery but is in good condition and we played hours of pickleball, badminton, basketball, and much more. Nearby stores and attractions are plentiful and reasonably close. Overall would recommend to any big group looking for a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed the house tremendously- it was great for all ages! The outdoor area was spectacular and offered something for everybody, from the comfortable, spacious outdoor porch to the basketball court and fire pit. The property manager was extremely helpful and available when needed. Thank you for making our family reunion so memorable!

Great location, loved the pickleball court but the house and yard were very dilapidated.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed in the lack of upkeep. The yard and amenities outside were run down, there were hardly any towels or washcloths, things were falling apart and doors didn’t lock. We had a family reunion and not being able to lock some of the bathroom doors was an issue. We loved the pickleball court but the hot tub was covered in mold and mud, the fireplace outside was rundown and the mini golf was grown over. There are a lot of repairs that need to be done to get this property ready for guests that are playing this daily rate.

The property was large and spacious though there were only beds for 29 instead of 30. The grounds were beautiful but the house was tired and worn. The arm of the couch was sagging and broken, the handle to the sliding glass door was missing a screw and was loose, many faucets were leaking, various doors and cabinets were cracked, and only one bathroom had a door with a working lock. The house was swept and surfaces clean when we arrived but lots of things were in need of a deep and thorough cleaning -- the inside trash cans were disgusting, there were stains on a few rugs and cobwebs and dust along the baseboards in most rooms. We were thankful not to be there in the winter and the baseboard heaters were very rusted looking. It was mostly things that could be overlooked but when I'm paying 1000/night for a place described as the "mansion," I expect more.The property caretaker was very responsive and quick to help when we arrived to only 16 forks for our group of 30 and a broken toilet seat. Any other questions we had, he also responded quickly.This property could be amazing. The space is great for a large group but the house needs updating and maintenance.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance, Dirty Conditions, and No Support from HostOur stay at this property was unfortunately far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share our experience to help future guests make an informed decision. While the listing appeared promising, the reality was very different. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, and the host did not respond to any of our messages—despite multiple attempts to reach out.Here’s a summary of the problems we faced:Electrical Issue: The upstairs trip switch kept tripping due to an apparent overload. This caused repeated power disruptions and made it difficult to use the upper level safely.Bathroom Doors: Several bathroom doors were either jammed or didn’t function properly, which was incredibly inconvenient for a group stay.Insufficient Supplies:. This is unreasonable, especially for larger groups or longer stays.Cleanliness Problems:The rooms and couches were dusty and not cleaned properly before arrival.The hot tub was unusable, filled with hair and dirt, making it completely unhygienic.There were mosquito breeding areas around the property, likely due to poor outdoor maintenance.Toilet Issues: Several toilet seat covers were broken, which made using the facilities uncomfortable and unacceptable for the price we paid. Host Communication: Perhaps the worst part—despite repeated attempts to contact the host for help or at least acknowledgment, we received no response whatsoever.

Good house with a few things wrong

The property was beautiful. Inside of the house was clean, outside was alright just some confetti spread around the backyard but not very noticeable. Great for a multi family trip or friends getaway. Check in/out was easy and the host responded quickly. Now onto the bad: the main house had no hot water. The thermostats said “No AC” written on them and the main levels thermometer was broken. It got very humid and hot inside of the house. We saw many ants around and on the dining room table, then found a roach in one of the bathrooms. The “stocked catfish pond” had trash around the sides and we did not see or catch any catfish. This is a very nice house just needs to be maintained a little better.

Great property for big family Gatherings!

My family loved this house, we do our family reunion yearly during Christmas and usually pick a house thar ca accommodate our group, this house fulfilled all the requirements. Great communication with host ande super accommodating. Property needs minor maintenance repairs , contacted host with some issues and concerns and his property manager came over within the hour. Will definitely rent this house again

Beautiful House!

I recently stayed at this rental house, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, close to local shops and transportation, making it easy to get around. The landlord was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient rental!

Property Review

Home is huge and there were enough beds to house 16 adult men with individual beds in both the main house and side apartment. Kitchen was amazing and we were able to have a sales summit in this location. Only two suggestions, apartment air conditioners should have been on 24 hours prior to arrival it was hot when we arrived. Please provide or list that this property does not supply soap and shampoo. I would rent this again for the size.

Great for a retreat

Our organization had our executive committee retreat here. The house had plenty of room for our 14 adults to have a meeting over two days, cook our meals and enjoy our free time. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a group our size. Though there may be dings or cosmetic issues as mentioned in other posts, everything was in working order and we had a positive stay.

Good Stay

Some damage noted. Main house down stairs bathroom door damaged on the inside. Damage to wall in the guest house. Infestation if lady bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs in the guest house. In suite bathroom in main house was not clean. The stove in the main house was in very scarred and not clean. Sever areas of concern for safety reasons. No handrails or bars on stairs to basement in the main house and steps to the deck are very slippery when wet. We had two people slip on the stairs. There was no internet service in the guest house which we did not realize until Christmas Day. Even with the above issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. I have pictures and videos. Please provide assistance in helping me to send the pictures and videos.

Great getaway

The property was spectacular. We had a lot of fun with all the activities available throughout the property. This house has something for everyone from the theater downstairs to to fishing in the pond.

Fun Family Weekend in an Amazing Home!!!

We’ve been renting houses every year for our family weekend for the past 11yrs and this house did not disappoint! It had everything it said it would and was roomy enough for all 30 of us where we weren’t on top of each other. Property contact, Christine was available for all questions and came out immediately when a tv wasn’t working and switched it out. We loved all the amenities it offered, esp when it rained all day Sat. there was plenty for all of us to do in the house to keep us busy, especially the younger kids. We’ll def be renting again!!!!
