Spacious and CLEAN

Great place. Very clean and nice amenities. I have this thing about clean bathrooms and this properties bathrooms did not disappoint. I would definitely book this property again!

AMAZING STAY

Roshan was the absolute perfect host. I needed a property last minute and he helped me figure everything out. Roshan's communication was quick and super helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

First of all the communication was very clear from the beginning. The check in process was very easy and he gave very clear details about the process. The house was very comfortable, my family and I enjoyed staying there. Thanks! once again.

Horribly Dirty House

The location of this property is not safe at all, its located directly across the street from a bar. Upon walking into the house I was smacked in the face with a horrendous smell throughout the entire house, the bathrooms were clean but the bath towels look like they came straight from a Motel 6. The mattresses are just horrible and thin, they seemed to belong on a futon. The air filter was black and dirty. Some walls were filthy and one in particular was black, not sure if it was mold. The front door looks to be smaller than the frame. Excess noise and a draft comes right through. I wish there was a way post the pictures I took of the inside of this place. It was embarrassing. I spent a total of 40 minutes in this house before leaving for a hotel. The smell alone was too much to bear. Renters beware

Hello Juan, I never had any issues with any of previous guests. The moment you enter the house, you started complaining about everything. This property is one of the safest neighborhood in Houston area and I live in the same neighborhood so I can attest to that. Bath towels we provide are pretty standard, I'm not sure what you meant by motel-6 standard. We do mold inspection every month, So it doesn't make sense what mold or look it alike you saw at the property. There is no noise from the neighborhood and you are saying that noise come from the gap of the door which is false.
