The “Hollywood House” comes to you hosted by Sue and Tony. Enjoy not only a place to lay your head but a true EXPERIENCE. Our desire was to provide a place that will bring excitement to your long-awaited vacation or “stay-cation”. That’s right…does your group need some variety based on everyone's needs?

Designed by one of the best designers in the Orlando area, the Hollywood House accommodates both adults and kids alike.

Fully renovated, EVERY room has its own unique theme whether just a chic look OR a popular theme. This house may not be for everyone but for those that like “well done” and being spoiled with amenities…this one is for you. Read on to understand why.

This home is truly a FUN home with something for everyone. If you like to cook and/or grill, this home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill (additional daily fee applies) so no need to wait for one to be delivered by an outside company. It will be there when you get there! Are you a movie buff? Experience our theatre room with a state-of-the-art sound system, plush seating and 70+ pre-loaded movies to pick from. How about hours of fun in the air-conditioned Arcade Room with all the popular arcade games you remember from years past and PS4? You also can enjoy our pleasant pool atmosphere or simply relax downstairs in the main living room, and pair your device to our Bose sound system for your enjoyment. Whether some in your group are looking for the “park scene” or the “stay behind scene”, this house will accommodate both agendas. If this isn’t enough… Solara Resort Club is open to our guests and has a state of the art surfing pool, kids play pool, everyone pool, restaurant, gym, outdoor bars, volleyball court, soccer field, and basketball court plus much more.

Resort amenities, including clubhouse, pool, splash pad, and recreational facilities are managed by the HOA and maybe subject to temporary closures maintenance whether or limited hours without notice we are not able to guarantee availability.

There are (2) King Suites on the first floor as well as (2) King Suites on the second floor. Themed rooms include: Avengers with (2) sets of Twin over Full bunk beds, Minnie Mouse themed room with (2) twin beds, and a Mickey & Friends bedroom with (2) twin beds. The adult rooms are identified by there unique style and a popular movie of the past. This home can sleep up to 16 people.

The upstairs LOFT is where the brand-new THEATER is.

The garage area was renovated into an ARCADE room featuring Pac Man, NBA Jam, Fast & Furious Super Bikes, 2021 Golden Tee Golf and Terminator Salvation. Log into your own PS4 account or use the games we’ve already downloaded.

Import things to note:

***We provide some basic house hold starter items to help get your trip started. Please note, for longer stays you may need to purchase additional supplies.

We can heat the private pool and Hot Tub for 38$ a day.
We can provide access to a propane grill for 12$/day.

Cameras overlooking the driveway and side entrances. There is also a camera in the Arcade common area. No other cameras are present in the home or swimming pool area.
