The house is situated perfectly for both summer and winter activities. With the Cross Country ski headquarters just a few blocks away, and Higgins lake public access a quick 7 minute drive there are endless opportunities for fun!

Hanging: The house features a large main room with eighteen foot lofted ceilings and and open floorplan with lots of windows and light. Clean, modern décor and a wood burning fireplace provide a bright, but cozy space to cook, hang out or play games.

Sleeping: The master bedroom has a Queen bed and large closet, with a window overlooking the backyard. The loft has two queen beds and small sitting area which serves as the other bedroom.

Outdoors: The large yard is fenced and completed with bistro lights, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, and picnic table to enjoy the outdoors. We also provide a few yard games and charcoal grill.

Cooking: The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary cooking supplies, utensils, olive oil, spices, etc. We also provide coffee and tea.
