The kitchen, living room and dining room have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable couches watching a good movie on a 75" Roku TV or challenge each other with a little friendly competition of board games or some quiet conversation. Enjoy the ambience of the wood fireplace, which also provides extra warmth during the colder months of the year. Enjoy hanging out in the family room to create some great memories.

The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer. You’ll also find a toaster, blender and even a crock-pot. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. You’ll even find a variety of spices, oil, cooking spray, plastic baggies, saran wrap and foil.

Start your morning by grabbing a cup of coffee from the drip or K-cup coffee machine (with a starter supply of k-cup, ground coffee, creamer, sweeteners and tea) and sip it on the front porch with beautiful views.

Dine in the dining room with seating for 6 and enjoy a meal. You can pick up groceries at one of the nearby stores – Walmart curbside pickup or delivery is a guest favorite. Or if you don’t want to cook, savor a great meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. Ask us for some recommendations.

The bedrooms feature extra comfortable beds, with beautiful bedding and blackout shades, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, it also offers an attached bonus room with a twin daybed and trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements (this room can only be entered by walking through the 2nd bedroom). Additional features in the bedrooms include plenty of storage space in the closets, bedside charging tables, lamps and Roku TV. If you must work, we have high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace located in the 2nd bedroom.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom which offers a tub/shower combination and all bathroom essentials (hair dryer, towels, makeup towels, toiletries, and more). The home also offers a half bath.

You’ll love the convenience of the laundry area with washer, dryer, and supplies.

The outdoor area, you’ll be able to enjoy an entertaining backyard with propane grill, picnic table, and bonfire or enjoy the bonus game room with a pub table to play games and darts. The game room is available seasonally as it does not have heat or a/c.

The “The Hangout” is conveniently located near many local amenities, including Downtown Roscommon, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, Ice shops, parks, cross country Ski Headquarters and more. Making this an ideal home for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts alike.
