The home is a duplex, but you will have access to both lower and upper level apartments (no indoor staircase). Both floors have a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen, perfect for large groups and families.

The lower level (ground floor) has 2 full bathrooms (one with laundry area), and 3 bedrooms. Tile and Wood floors throughout. Walk right out to your private patio on the boardwalk. New turf and lounge furniture to relax from sun up to sun down.
