A great getaway awaits at our professionally decorated, new construction luxury townhome in the highly acclaimed Pointe Marie Community. "The Pointe House" at Pointe Marie offers premium accommodations for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom plus dayroom home. Weather you enjoy spending your day enjoying our outdoor patio, the beautiful community pool or watching the sunset from the front porch "The Pointe House" will leave you relaxed. This home boasts premium furnishings throughout with carefully selected finishes to create a coastal ambiance that will leave you feeling right at home. This stunning Pointe Marie home boasts a gourmet gas range, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, as well as a dining table with seating for 4. The living area features 2 comfy sofas with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The first floor features a master suite with king bed and wall mounted flatscreen TV, and a walk in closet that connects to the laundry room. A master bath with walk in shower and double vanities. Also on the first floor is a Dayroom with a wicker daybed, the window in this room has a beautiful view perfect for a quiet day to read a book. There is a half bath across the hallway from this dayroom. On the second floor of this home is two bedrooms each with a wall mount flatscreen TV, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large vanity, double sinks and a tub/shower . "The Pointe House" offers an outdoor patio complete with outdoor furniture a built in professional gas grill, fridge and outdoor sink. This home is great for the one who loves to cook. This home is very well stocked for every thing you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. 2 bikes are provided for a morning or afternoon ride though the beautiful Pointe Marie community or on top of the paved Levee path. THIS HOME HAS AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER IN THE GARAGE (Clipper Creek Brand) Tesla adapter available

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We used it as our home base for my daughters wedding and it was perfect for her and her bridesmaids to get ready at. We got some beautiful pics. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings.

The house was incredible! Lots of space to spread out while still being together. Had all of the conveniences we needed. Location was fantastic - right across the street from the pool and playground. Pool was much nicer than expected!

Nice home , good location, felt very safe .Hard to find at night. Needs new towels and sheets and a better deep clean of the home but overall we would stay again. Super cute neighborhood .

The Pointe-Marie property was wonderful. Good location that felt far away from the craziness of town but in reality close to LSU and the environs. The home itself is comfortable and calming. The kitchen was well supplied. It was wonderful to sit out on the front porch and watch a thunderstorm go by. The pool was perfect for our kids. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great Stay!

Property was new and neighborhood was up and coming. Excellent location, quiet. Close to campus, were there for tennis camp at LSU. Daughter and her friends had a great time, pool was nice too!

Beautiful townhouse within a great community with pool and playground. The host was excellent and very attentive. The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely property

Property was exactly as described and very nicely furnished and decorated. Communication was excellent and although we didn’t use the pool, there were two wrist bands provided for its use. Location was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again when in the area. We enjoyed the neighborhood coffee shop too. Great rental!
