Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Brand new luxury furniture, with style and modernity, all over the place. Kitchen is very well equipped with accessories for all your needs. Swimming pool with lanai (no heater)and outside BBQ with a bench/picnic table.
Property have 3 bedrooms, a master with king and other two with full mattress plus a sofa bed on the living room.
Garage for one car, including laundry. Drive way for two additional cars.
Dining room with dinner table for 8 persons plus a counter with two stools.
Living room with an Amazon TV with Alexa and Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO Max. We donât have TV channels as we live in modern times where streaming is all we use.
High speed internet and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen includes rage with oven, microwave, dish-washer, air fryer, coffee maker, espresso and Nespresso machine, rice maker, toaster, blender, etc. Very well equipped. Refrigerator have an ice maker (ice dispenser is not working currently so you need to take them manually).
Backyard with tropical fruit trees, private swimming pool, not heated, with lanai, BBQ, picnic tables.
Surrounded by tropical trees including Mango, Avocado, Papaya, Banana, Lemon and Orange trees around a property located in a corner lot with plenty of space to set and enjoy the breeze of the ocean.

At the south of the island, you have a Publix supermarket at 2 miles. You are at blocks from Lovers Key State park with a lot of outdoor adventures waiting for you. The greatest extension of white-sugar sand in the southern peninsula of the island. This place is considered a bird sanctuary and you can see, depending on the season of the year, many different species of birds, from pelicans, wading birds, sand pipers, roseate spoonbill, herons of all kind, egrets, etc. This is a real place to be relaxed enjoining the calm of the ocean breeze and the noise of the local birds.
All kind of shells from all sizes and colors just waiting for you as a gift from the oceans in your early morning walks on the shore.
