Welcome to this beach cottage on Longboat Key directly across the street from beautiful white sand beach with private beach access and new hot tub! A great getaway for a peaceful beach vacation. Relax on the beach or soak in our private hot tub. Close walk to fine dining and a gourmet deli/grocery! A short drive to St. Armand's Circle, Anna Maria Island and downtown Sarasota.

Cozy retreat close to it all

Comfortable surroundings and close to nice restaurants and conveniences. The beach is across the street and through a sandy tree lined path.

Lovely location on Long Boat Key

We stayed here for a long weekend. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely updated. It was comfortable, quiet, and so close to the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfy vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, and really enjoyed the down time at this home. We will definitely return if we don’t haven our kids with us again.

Well maintained great cozy cottage. Location is perfect with the beach easily accessible just across the road through the private path. Hot tub is a great touch.

Perfect Place

The location, the beach, ease of access, the home, everything was perfect. The home is comfortable, very clean and is in a quiet, convenient location. The owners were extremely kind and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Not a single thing I would change about this stay.

This was a very clean property, everything you needed was in apartment. The location was beautiful, easy walk to the beach, quiet area. We absolutely loved our vacation, the owners had excellent communication and easy check in. I highly recommend this rental !

Little piece of Heaven

This beach cottage was just what the doctor ordered! Directly across the street from the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants, a convenience store and a deli. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful!

Tranquility

We had the most relaxing vacation. The home was so warm, comfy and clean. The hot tub was a nice bonus to relax after beaching it all day. We highly recommend this rental as a 10+. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

The house is very confortable and well decorated. The beach is accross the street and a small private path. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and a beatiful neighborhood.The place is very comfortable and perfectly equiped. The shed has chairs, umbrellas and lots of beach gear for the guest to use. The jacuzzi is wonderful. The whole place is great.

The stay was exceptional. The only flaw was the outdoor lighting in back was not working.

The cottage was very comfortable and we felt at home. We couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but the owner Steve came over and helped us get it working. I would recommend anyone would love staying here.

Relaxing vacation

The adorable beach cottage was well maintained and provided for all our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaped backyard and the Osprey nesting in the large pine in the front yard provided us with so much entertainment as well as the parakeet nesting in the tree in the backyard. The location was perfect with an almost private beach just across the street! We can’t wait to return!

Our fantastic week in Longboat Key

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had everything we needed there for a great week! We loved the house, it was decorated very nice The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. There was also a lot of beach equipment that we use for the beach. Planning a return stay.

Hidden Gem

My husband and I have stayed at many places on LBK for the last 7 years. We love this area of LBK it's so close to many of our favorite amenities! Everything was so convenient including the beach just steps across the street. The cottage was PERFECT! Fully appointed and furnished so nicely and up to date. We even enjoyed a night grilling on the back patio. We were blessed to stay and enjoy a beautiful week and left just before Hurricane Idalia. We hope to return to this favorite spot! Our prayers are with everyone after the storm.

Perfect Longboat Key Vacation

We loved our stay at this location. Zachary is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Check-in was simple, and the cottage is very clean. The bed and sofa are comfortable, there's plenty of towels, pillows, beach chairs, floats, and a beach cart. The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and anything you might need to prepare a meal. The refrigerator is spacious and there's a washer and dryer too. The backyard is beautiful; it feels like you're in a private resort. It's also bird watchers paradise. There are woodpeckers, doves, and even an osprey nest with new babies. The beach is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property - Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage even though the weather didn't cooperate! It's an older property that has been nicely updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The a/c didn't work upon our arrival but the owners were super quick to respond and in a couple of hours it was easily fixed and working just fine. We were really happy with the location as it was central to all of the shops and restaurants we enjoy in Bradenton Beach, St. Armands Circle and all up and down LBK. We visited the Mote Marine Aquarium (the otters were fun to watch) and got beach time when the sun was out. The beach was great this time of year since it's out of season and there weren't many people on the beach. We definitely recommend this property!

Celebrating 50 years of friendship!

Two besties just getting away to relax and recharge our batteries. After a 12-hour drive, it was extremely comforting to enjoy your peaceful garden and an IMMACULATE beach cottage .... not one grain of sand anywhere inside. The amenities are perfect and plentiful. The water pressure is amazing and we appreciate the little things normally absent on vacation. We joked that it was time for a massage when it was shower time. Who has an outside shower with hot water ... this place! The daily wagon pull to the most gorgeous beach was filled with hours of shell searching and the most amazing sunsets. We were sad to leave and hope to return in 2026 as 2025 is already booked for our time slot. We loved this perfect beach cottage. It was everything and more to add to our travel journal.

Great cozy cottage

Very well maintained. Great location. Beach is closer than if you were staying in a hotel on the beach. Literally a 3 minute walk from door to beach would highly recommend!!!

Perfect Private Getaway!

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our honeymoon! The house truly felt like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and charming. We loved the hot tub and our lizard friends out in the back patio! It was in the perfect location and close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether we wanted to walk across the street to the beautiful beach there or head up to Anna Maria Island which was only a short drive. The house felt very secluded and private, which is what we hoped for. We would love to come back!
