The Belle River Fishing Cabin - The Fisherman's Dream

Escape to this charming house in picturesque Marine City, located on the Belle River with access to the St. Claire River only a 10–15-minute boat ride away. Be advised there is low boat clearance on the 2nd bridge to get to the house. Most boats 20 feet and smaller will fit with no issue. This small home has been newly renovated with the fisherman in mind. It features an outdoor fish cleaning table, an outdoor sink with both hot and cold water (not available in the winter), a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), firepit and a table and chairs. There is plenty of parking for 2 boat trailers (you can use the yard) and 2 vehicles and parking on the street. There's also room to park a boat on the seawall and room for a 2nd boat on the floating pier. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, a small living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking essentials, a toaster, coffee maker and filters, and mixer. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC and heat (mini-split unit), a hair dryer, and a stackable washer and dryer during their stay. This quiet neighborhood is walking distance from downtown Marine City, restaurants, the beach, and the St. Claire River.
