Close to the beach and steps away from restaurants and shops

Enjoy the beach in this newly renovated Rehoboth Beach townhome! It is located 1/2 a block from Rehoboth Avenue and four blocks from the beach. It is the perfect location with just a short walk to all of Rehoboth's restaurants, shopping, two parks/ playgrounds, the boardwalk and of course
the beach. This townhome overlooks the private community salt-water pool in the quiet, relaxing Scarborough Village community. Inside is a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plenty of seating, three TV's and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 crib and 1 sleeper sofa. A full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit on the second floor. The back patio is great for grilling and relaxing. Or enjoy the deck off the second-floor primary bedroom which overlooks the pool. The unit includes cable, internet, a DVD player and two private covered parking spaces (curbside parking also available).
Please Note: A one-week minimum is required when renting between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Off season rentals have a 2-night minimum. Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 15 days of the date of checkout as long as there is no damage. Guests should bring their own sheets, towels and paper goods.

Quiet, clean, comfy and close!

Four of us stayed at this condo for the Rehoboth Jazz Festival weekend, and it was perfect! It is beautiful, clean, roomy and close to the unique shops and delicious eateries of the town. We will definitely book there again!

This condo was perfect for our stay with two adults and two teenage boys. Everything was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to make whatever we needed. Walkable to the beach and Rehobeth Avenue. Never really moved the car all week.

Another summer vacation at this wonderful condo. The host is so gracious and responds to questions quickly. There are gates for the top and bottom of the stairs which is so helpful for little kids. And the location is FABULOUS. It’s walkable to the beach and is super close to Rehoboth Ave.

Stayed with spouse and two teenagers (19/16). Accommodations were great. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the shops restaurants and beach. Pool was nice, quiet and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot

We have stayed at this rental a few times now and have loved it every time! You cannot beat the location: close to the beach and all the dining and restaurants you could want. The pool is amazing, probably the nicest pool in Rehoboth. The rental always has everything we need, too. And the owner is fantastic - highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Rehoboth

Loved the location of the condo which is in a quiet community and walkable to restaurants, shops, the boardwalk, and beach! The condo was nice & clean with a great pool. It was also awesome that a parking permit was included which we used to go to less crowded areas of the beach where we were able to find close parking that was helpful for carrying our beach stuff.

Perfect for couples getaway weekend

We came to town for a spring (pre-peak season) weekend. This place was perfect. Exactly as advertised in the listing. Great location to park the car on arrival and leave it while we walked to dinner/drinks/shops.

As always, this unit is in such a great location. I have stayed in this particular unit multiple times over the years and it meets our needs. One thing, it is very hard to function with just one working key. It would be nice to have 2 keys especially when there are 2 parents and. Grandparent or 2 couples.

Wonderful Place

This was a wonderful place to stay! We really appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable space! The spiral staircase had a nice safe railing and was carpeted which are both essential with a toddler. The deck overlooking the pool was BEAUTIFUL. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun with friends

Perfect location for our purposes. We especially enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom for our morning coffee and the evening sunset. All was as expected - but note that the spiral staircase is the only way to the bedrooms on the second floor.
