Everything was perfect! Amazing, thoughtful amenities. House was clean. Pool was a great temp to swim in everyday even on some chillier January Florida days. Host was attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

The pool was awesome and we made good use of the bikes and breach chairs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with kids looking to be close to cocoa beach!

Fun Festive Florida Getaway

Perfect accommodations for a Florida family vacation. It’s a beautiful home to enjoy time together by the pool or a drink by the fun tiki bar. A quick drive to the beach and all the fun excursions. It had many wonderful and helpful amenities. We will definitely be visiting this home again!!!

Nicely renovated house with good outdoor space

Our family enjoyed this location - nice open floorplan good for our family to gather. The tiki bar is cute and the twenty somethings in our group enjoyed hanging out there. Good location for driving to Cocoa Beach or viewing a launch. Seeing a highchair when we walked in was a bonus! And great beach chairs and toys available for use.

Quality Family Time

This was the first vacation in a long time when my husband and I did not want to leave. It was like being at home. All we needed were groceries, clothes, and sunblock. Everything else we needed was provided. The house was clean too, which is our top priority. We had a wonderful time with our adult son and his girlfriend.

Weekend getaway

Everything was just as advertised. Celebrated my daughters 21st by going on the gambling boat. The cruise terminal was only about 5 min away (so good place to stay for other cruises too). House was clean and set up nicely. Nice open floor plan. Has everything you need. Nice pool area (some covered) and adjoining tiki bar. Would/will definitely stay here again.

This home was basically the perfect vacation home for a family with young kids, but I'm sure even teenagers would love it. The pool is much larger than the photos make you believe. It is completely screened in, so no mosquitoes during night swimming. The baby gate around the pool gave this mom of a toddler some extra comfort. My nieces and nephews that live locally joined in on the swimming and the pool alone provided hours of fun for all. The garage game room and toy corner filled in the non pool hours. The kitchen could use a few more pots for the family that cooks alot, but we managed just fine with what was provided. My only suggestions to make this rental home absolute perfection would be a king bed in the master and a softer couch in the living room. The host was always very prompt in communicating with me, any issues were addressed immediately, and she was always very nice. I could definitely see us renting this home again when we return to the area.

Cute house for families

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for 1 night. House had an open floor plan. Everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the tiki bar due to storms and heat. House has lots of amenities for families with small children.

Christmas Getaway

This property was fabulous! It was exactly as described only much better in person. The property is beautifully maintained and wonderfully decorated. Everything is provided that you could possibly need from kitchen, to grill, to all kinds of things for kids. There is so much space to enjoy. We swam in the pool daily even though the weather was chilly. The property manager responded quickly to questions and provided answers. The location is convenient to all the area attractions. I would give this property the highest recommendation to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Perfect stay

Communication was super fast with host, friendly and accurate. House was spotless and inviting. We enjoyed the Lanai and pool. Even unexpectedly witnessed a Rocket launch from Space-X! Host left a few drinks and snacks out! This was a perfect place for my Husbands birthday weekend for a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. We work for an airline and will tell all of our friends traveling to the area. This place is a must! Can’t wait to return in the future. Just a side note, I loved the bath towels so much I went home and bought some!

Great place to stay before a cruise!

We stayed two night before our cruise. We loved the location. It was a short drive to the beach, a short walk to fish and see Manatees and had easy access to local stores and food! We paid to heat the pool- totally worth it as the nights got chilly! We were even able to see a rocket launch. The only two things I’d make note of is that the pool lining could use a facelift and there was so clunking noise in the master bedroom when the air turned on. There were a lot of mold and the walls were pulling away in areas. It didn’t stop the kids from loving it though. As for the clunking I’m guessing it was condensation or pressure in the pipes. I’m a light sleeper so it woke me up a few times but the bed was very comfy and I’m guessing that was a fluke. Don’t think twice about booking this place- it was great!
