Pool Heat
Pool heat is available upon request for an additional $150 per week. A pool cover must be used while the heat is running to help maintain the water temperature.

For the best experience, we recommend requesting pool heat in advance of your arrival, as it can take 1–2 days to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions.

Changed your mind after arrival? No problem! Pool heat can be added during your stay as well. We’ll arrange to have the heater turned on and the pool cover brought out.

Family-Friendly Home
This home is intended for families and vacation guests. Please note that we do not accommodate construction workers or construction-related stays.

Security Cameras
For the safety and protection of the property and our guests, exterior security cameras are located on the property. There is a Ring camera and additional cameras that face the driveways only. The cameras are not actively monitored and do not record any interior areas or private living spaces.

Garage Access
The garage is not included with the rental and is not available for guest use.
HOUSE RULES
1. Breaking any house rules will be cause for reservation cancellation.
2. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
3. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee of $250.
4. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
5. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
6. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
7. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
8. Quiet time from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time).
9. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
10. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
We would greatly appreciate it!

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.
