AMAZING VIEW, Main lake home, boathouse and PET FRIENDLY Lake Gaston

Your vacation will start the moment you see the gorgeous view from the cottage.
From the boathouse, you can use the multiple life jackets, kayak, paddle board, floats, fishing poles and lounge chairs.
*Adult supervision is required for all people on the dock under the age of 17. Please have children wear life vests.

We are 5 minutes from the Food Lion and other restaurants. Jenny cakes offers coffee and breakfast items is just outside the neighborhood.
The upstairs has a bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom with the main kitchen. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and another one with a queen) and a bathroom and a kitchenette. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, spices and small appliances (instapot, slow cooker, blender, Keurig coffee maker). There are also complimentary breakfast items to start your day.
There is also a pull out sofa (queen and twin) on the downstairs Living area. There is also a ping pong table and board games for your enjoyment.
Linens and towels are included.

We are also walking distance to the community amenities that offers a large pool, clubhouse, swim area with
a large and oversized sun pier, 13 boat slips, playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables. The subdivision also has a boat launch for use in the subdivision. This needs to be requested if needed as there is a private key for access.
** Note that the boat and jet skis are for owners use only. Also, we are in the main area of the lake and waves can get strong therefore for the safety of the boat dock and your boat, i strongly recommend using the clubhouse. I have recommendation for boat and jetski rentals.
Pet policy - $125 for the first dog, $50 for the second. This fee is for the entire stay.
