Check out instructions:
* Put dishes in the dishwasher and run the wash cycle
* Bag up all trash inside & outside of the property. Place trash in the bins provided outside. Any trash that does not fit into the bins, must be removed from the property.
* Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
* Start a load of towels in the washing machine.
* Clean and cover the gas grill. Please make sure that gas is turned off.
* Clean out refrigerators and freezers of all items.
* Return kayaks, paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, etc. to the boathouse area where they are stored
* Power off all television and return remote controls.
* If you moved furniture during your stay, please put back to original location.
* Please complete a final check for all your personal belongings!
* Please lock all windows & doors.
