Great stay!

The house is very nice and clean. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Only a short drive to beautiful beaches and Tampa Bay. We loved the pool!!

Great Property and Stay in Clearwater!

We stayed here while attending the Clearwater Invitational NCAA softball tournament. The place is exactly as pictured! The outdoor pool was heated, has a table for six and four lounger chairs. Inside area is comfortable! Would come back and stay here!!

Amazing Stay

Very pleased with our stay with family and friends. We actually wanted to stay longer. Towels in every room, make up towels, enough dishes for everyone there. Definitely would stay again if we come back to this area.

Centrally located for beaches

Property was emaculate. Kitchen provided items adequate for our meal preparation. Beds super comfortable, plenty of towels and beach towels. Pool was clean and provided a floats. Loved the peacocks in neighborhood

The pool and location!

This is a fantastic property. Close to everything. The pool out the back door with the screen is awesome for swimming day or night. We had a family of 7 stay and it was just perfect.

Perfect

Aleksander was a nice, communicative, and accommodating host. He answered all questions in a timely manner and helped me in any matters that I had which was amazing because I came down as a bridesmaid. The house is exactly as the pictures, very beautiful, greatly decorated and clean. The pool area was a nice touch as well which we definitely tried to enjoy when we weren’t running around for the wedding. This was a perfect stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Softball Tourney

Myself and some friends were in town for a softball tournament. The location of this place was perfect to get to and from the tournament easily and avoid traffic in and out of it. For those who want to get to the beach, that is not far away either. The house is gorgeous and the pool was heated and such a nice way to end the day to relax in. We had 5 adults staying and one dog. With the fenced in back yard, the dog was able to be outside a lot of the day which he enjoyed. The house had plenty of space for all of us to never feel crowded. I would recommend this place to others.

Lovely Home

Recently stayed at this lovely home in Clearwater. We were a group of six adults in the area for spring training. The home is exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The home was clean when we arrived. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and included coffee and tea. The two bathrooms were spacious and updated, although missing the shampoo and bathroom soap indicated in the listing. Loved the heated, in-ground pool in the backyard with lanai. Communication with the owner was fairly easy. Prior to check-in, I did have to reach out to get the entry code for the front door and later for check-out instructions at the end of our stay. He was prompt in getting back to us.

Vacation stay

It is a nice home. Owner did respond in a timely manner. There were some issues. The water in the showers were cold most times. Drains in showers had a weird smell. Ants all over the pool area and master bathroom sink. And the last night the A/C went out. Felt like it was at least 85/90 inside super hot and humid after A/C stopped working.

Fantastic!!

We stayed at this incredible home to go to a family event. This home exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful! Clean and well stocked! There is a basket of towels in every bedroom as well as plenty of pool/beach towel in hall closet! The pool is so nice! We met new family who live in the area and there was plenty of room to have them come over for a meal. We live in southwest Florida so we are only 1.5 hours away and we are so happy we elected to stay the weekend in Clearwater. We will definitely be back! Aleksander was a great host and communicated in a prompt manner; he couldn’t have been nicer! Thank You! Julie & Allan

A month in paradise.

Brand new and beautiful. Everything is this house was brand new and beautifully stated. The furnace, air conditioning, pool heater. All the furniture, including very comfortable mattresses on all five beds, all the kitchen appliances, couches, and chairs. Five new tv's, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The house was fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Alex was wonderful to work with. We only called him one time to have the pool cleaned, and the pool girl was there in less than 30 minutes. The location was great too. Close to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor. We have been renting houses in Florida for 15 years now and I think this house was a wonderful bargain for the price. Four full bedrooms, five beds for in the popular month of March. Don't pass this on up.

Great Vacation at Lorena Lane

Just returned from our stay at this property and we had a great time. Beautifully renovated in a quiet pocket beyond the noise and traffic. Lots of room for our group of 4 adults, a toddler and baby. Bedrooms are a good size for pack and plays, cots and the bedding and comfort of the beds were great. We spent most of our time in the backyard with the heated pool and the fenced-in yard beyond the lanai is a great size for kids and dogs. We walked to the Phillies spring training game and on other days we walked on the Ream Wilson Trail that you can pick up on your left beyond the Phillies parking lot. Following this trail you will pass Disc Golf, a market and then after crossing the railroad tracks, you come upon a children's playground under a tarp (Coachman Ridge Park) and if you continue the walk over any of the bridges, you come to our wee ones' favourite park - Sunshine Limitless Playground - spent many hours there. We also went to the nearby Moccasin Lake Nature Park to enjoy their tree-lined trails, wildlife and playground (free). Had a great time at the Congo River minigolf also nearby. This property is close to all the stores including Costco, Publix, and many restaurants. Went to the Clearwater Aquarium for a fun morning and walked from there to Clearwater Beach. Also visited Indian Rocks Beach and Bellair beach, much quieter. The adults enjoyed a night at Top Golf entertainment complex. Would come here again. Sharon from Canada

Family gathering

We stayed 7/15-7/22/24 My 89 year old father, support dog and myself drove from Wisconsin so was nice to have a garage to park in. My sister, her husband, their son and his girlfriend flew into Tampa from Texas and my niece and her boyfriend drove up from Bradenton Florida and the house was centrally located for airport, beaches and Tampa Zoo. Nearby are grocery, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacy etc. The house was clean, bright, cozy and beautifully furnished. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well as the living room furniture and allowed for gathering to watch TV. Having 2 large walk in showers worked well for our group of 8 adults and the water pressure was amazing! The garage has 2 sets of washers and dryers with wash basket, large jug of detergent that was convenient. The kitchen has good gadgets, pots and pans for cooking, a blender and Keurig coffee maker with starting pods. There was dish washer pods, dish detergent, cleaning supplies and paper towels. The large counter with stools worked out well for eating. The covered lanai pool area with pool toys, table and umbrella and chase chairs was great to enjoy swimming into the evening with no mosquitos. Our dog loved running around the nice size yard. The neighborhood is quiet and we were pleasantly surprised to see and hear local peacock's. Communication with the host was easy and any questions or issues were addressed in a timely fashion. We would stay again and recommend to friends and other family..
