This was an excellent and affordable place to stay in Warren. It was much cheaper than staying in Newport. Building has lots of old house character.

We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! Enjoyed our one night stay in this great little spot that’s centrally located. Only suggestion is that $25 additional pet fee be mentioned in listing, I couldn’t find it anywhere? Great place and would stay again

Clean and comfy

Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening.

The parking is hazardous, kitchen was nice, TV room has one sofa for seating, needs a recliner. Noisy traffic intersection below bedroom, will interupt sleep. Bathroom was clean, nice.

If it was so terrible, Why did you ask for and stay an additional night? "Hello, I was wondering if I can extend my stay thru Saturday the 10th. I understand if this doesn't work. Seth" And if you want a recliner, you should have brought one. seriously. You also took the apt keys with you when you checked out.How is parking hazardous? Its literally a parking lot. Ive never had any problems or accidents in our lot. 10 yeras Ive owned and lived in this house and not a single incident or problem. Sounds like a you problem and next time, dont ask and stay an additional nigh in someones property if you are so unhappy.

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. It’s on a busy intersection but no worries, they supply ear plugs. There’s a little Market across the street, and Metacom kitchen a short walk away which served delicious food and drinks. We would stay here again next time we visit our friends in Warren.

Spacious apartment

Nice second floor apartment is spacious. Easy parking. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen or living room spaces. Great HOT water. The only downside was the traffic noise - AC units and earplugs helped.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was on the corner of an intersection, so you could hear some street noise, but that can’t be helped. They did provide ear plugs in case and guests wanted to use them.
