We had a very negative experience with the property manager. When we returned to the apartment at night, we had trouble unlocking the door and contacted the host for help. Instead of assisting, she became annoyed, hung up on me, and never called back as she said she would. Later, she sent a message threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave, even though our car keys were inside the apartment, making that impossible. We didn’t see that message until the next morning, so we continued trying to get in and eventually managed after about 15 minutes of wiggling and working with the key. Unfortunately, when we went to remove the apartment key from the lock, it broke. We informed the host of what happened, but she has since responded with aggressive and harassing messages, despite this being an honest mistake.

Decent unit, but the towels smelled musty and unclean, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. We had a package delivered but it was stolen from the front step within a few hours of delivery. There was an insane amount of sirens at night and police presence responding to nearby calls throughout our two night stay. The host was also incredibly rude, unhelpful, and accusatory. She blamed us for problems we did not cause and communicated very poorly during our stay. Definitely don’t recommend, there are other better units elsewhere with better management and more comfortable environments.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower when I got there. The road noise is terrible- motorcycles and engines revving until late at night. I had to go buy earplugs. The smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night bc of a low battery. The owner sent me nasty messages about taking it down and accused me of leaving after check out. I left right at 11am. The owner sent me directions for clean up an hour before checkout and I did not see it so I did not take out the trash. She charged me an extra cleaning fee for that and blamed me for ruining her plans that day bc she had to take it out. Total wingnut in my opinion, I would steer clear.

This was an excellent and affordable place to stay in Warren. It was much cheaper than staying in Newport. Building has lots of old house character.

Summer stay

This was my second year staying at this property and I am in the process of booking for next year. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and it is centrally located to my activities. What more could I want! Kathryn is also very easy to communicate with. Thank you for another great vacation...

We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again

The parking is hazardous, kitchen was nice, TV room has one sofa for seating, needs a recliner. Noisy traffic intersection below bedroom, will interupt sleep. Bathroom was clean, nice.

Disappointed

Owner was rude tried to charge extra for five individuals. Grandfather, mom and dad and two children 5 but in listing sleeps up to six then tried to charge extra 25.00. Let owner know it would only be grandfather, son and grandson. They did remove charge. Listing says downtown Warren it is not downtown and it’s at a busy dangerous intersection. You need ear plugs because of traffic. My brother in law made the mistake of parking in wrong spot and husband was extremely rude to both my brother in law his son and baby when trying to navigate the poor parking situation.

Clean and comfy

Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening.

We spent the night after arriving in Providence after a late flight. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a nice alternative to a hotel.

The super good and the sad bad....

The positives about this place ARE MANY- nice layout, clean, nice decor with cute little touches and plants, well stocked with all the essentials, etc, etc. all super wonderful!!!! The steps up to the 2nd floor were a little hard but only if you are carrying a heavy suitcase. Sadly there is one large negative - this property is right beside a very busy road. The traffic with tractor-trailers, muscle cars gunning their motors, sirens, is loud and goes all night. If you are hard of hearing or have ear muffs you can bring then you may not mind it.

Adorable little place

My three week stay here was great. I rented the second floor of a three story house. The apartment was very cute and cozy. It was clean as a whistle. The host, Kathy, was extremely personable and easy to talk to, and she was very responsive to the few requests I had. The property is at a very busy intersection and the traffic can get quite loud, but earplugs were available in the rental for those who are sensitive to traffic sounds. The parking was super easy right behind the house, which is a bonus from what I've been accustomed to in the area. Many people who had stated there wrote glowing little notes to the host and thanked her for a wonderful experience. Including me.

Good one night stay

We stayed for one night between visits to Newport and Boston. This is a really cute little town that I am happy to have discovered through an effort to avoid the crazy hotel prices in Newport. It was a nice big space with everything you need. Check in was easy with good instructions. The only issue is that it is on a main street with a lot of traffic (noise). Would have been easily remedied with white noise but my husband doesn't do white noise. :(

Spacious apartment

Nice second floor apartment is spacious. Easy parking. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen or living room spaces. Great HOT water. The only downside was the traffic noise - AC units and earplugs helped.

Enjoyed our one night stay in this great little spot that’s centrally located. Only suggestion is that $25 additional pet fee be mentioned in listing, I couldn’t find it anywhere? Great place and would stay again
