This Warwick house located 12 minutes from the Providence Airport, and 15 minutes from Kent Hospital has 2 bedrooms. The tremendous bedrooms offer a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. 2 minutes from Conimicut Point Park where you can enjoy a beverage looking at the sunset, and 2 minutes from Conimicut Village, where you can find great local restaurants and cafe's. Conimicut Point Park is accessible for boats, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy water sports, like fishing, kayaking, sailing, and more. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With full kitchen, dinnerware and utensils, included to prepare all your meals at your stay. New appliances, includes a Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and blender. You can enjoy movies and your favorite tv shows in one of our two 55-inch TV's. We offer various board games to play with family and friends. Amenities like Wifi, AC and Heating, Washing and Dryer machines, and iron are included. Parking capable to have 4 vehicles, RV's and Boats Parking available on-site. Full fenced back yard.

The host Kari was extremely responsive and helpful. And her rental felt very welcoming. It was clean and spotless, had cozy throw blankets and comfy bedding, and a kitchen stocked with dishware, pans and basic spices.

Our stay was very nice. We live in the area and had to rent a house while some work was being done at our house. The house was very clean, comfortable and cute. If you have a dog, they will love the fully fenced back yard. The house is within walking distance to Conimicut Beach which is a plus. Kari was so responsive and patient with any questions we had. She was so helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This house was perfect! We had a little hotdog roast around the fire pit with my nephews and family the first night. The house was quiet, clean and perfect for my daughter and I.

This is a sweet little spot that was perfect for our weekend in the area for a wedding. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. I reached out to the host, Kari, on the day of our arrival inquiring about a high chair for my granddaughter. I had missed the instructions to request this in advance. Amazingly, Kari had a brand new one delivered and it was on the porch before we arrived. Now that is customer service at its finest. Thank you , Kari.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage in Cinimicut. The location was perfect for access to th Point. The cottage was clean and accommodated our party well. We really enjoyed the fire pit.

Great location!

We stayed here for two nights while attending a local wedding. It was a great location, with park/beach access nearby and a quiet walkable neighborhood. The house was comfortable and had a great fenced in yard for our dog and fire pit for relaxing in the evening. There was some noticeable pet odor in the house, but that's often to be expected in a pet friendly rental. It would be great if they could provide a few more linens for the bathroom - only two face cloths and no hand towels were present. Otherwise a great stay, and we'd return again.

Cottage by the beach

This was perfect for my family. We all had a place to sleep and still had space to be together and watch movies or enjoy being together as a family. Way better than a hotel which would have split us up. Only drawback was only 1 bathroom, but we made it work. I loved how close to the water we were.

Week in Conimicut

Great place to stay, homey & clean! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I wish there were more amenities when it came to the kitchen. Things like spatulas, sheet pans & stuff for the grill. Also the mattresses were very firm. Other than that it was a great retreat for my family and would recommend!
