Located on the penthouse floor of Sea Colony's Edgewater House building (elevators and stair access). With great modern appliances, this condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on your balcony taking in the ocean views, and easy keyless entry access to your unit for your stay.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

Sea Colony Bethany Beach DE 9/8/23

We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬

Beautiful condo with amazing views.

My family of 4 rented this unit in July 2022. Check in was easy. We were able to get in slightly before normal check in since the unit had already been cleaned. The unit was clean and linens we paid for were there. While we have no complaints, we would like to suggest a few things to improve on. The master blinds were nice but let in all the morning sun so it made it difficult to sleep once the sun came up. There was no ceiling fan as described and the bed had a plastic mattress protector on it which made us a bit sweaty at night. The money we paid for the linen package provided us with complete bedding but would’ve liked a few more than 6 bath towels for our family. Overall we had an excellent stay and would rent again and just come more prepared to better suit our personal needs.
