Our stay at the Pointe Vedra Beach condo was wonderful. We loved the screened/glassed in porch and spent most of our time there. The beach was so accessible, and we saw few people which was very nice. Our only complaint was one adult slept in the children's room, and the lower bunk bed was so hard to get out of. A firmer, higher mattress would correct that issue.

Want to start by saying that the condo, location, view, and overall space was good. We had requested an early check-in because we were traveling with a toddler. After a little back and forth we were told and early check-in was not available because there was some work being done on the porch and the sliding glass was going to be replaced. No problem, we arrive at 4pm and when we get into the unit, the 4ft railing seen in the pictures was not attached to the unit resulting in a 6ft drop off, which was extremely unsafe with a 1.5 yr old. There were some other small issues that were not that big of deal and I didn’t even Mention them to the property manager when I called about the railing being on the ground. She informed me that maintenance could come out on Monday and re-attach the railing and that the could do all of the work from outside the condo. I said no problem that works, they didn’t show up all day and then at 745pm after my daughter went to sleep, we were sitting on the patio watching the sunset when in walks a maintenance man holding a drill from inside the condo where my daughter is sleeping!! He supposedly had rang the doorbell and then let himself into the condo at 8pm!! No phone call, nothing… We were very startled and unsettled knowing someone could just walk in the unit at 8pm at night without us doing anything. Very disappointing am I made that know to the properly mgr. He came the next day and fixed it, which took 4hrs inside the condo. Poor communication.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Great updated condo for our family visit to Ponte Vedra for Memorial Day weekend. Location could not be better. Not crowded like other parts of the beach. Condo had everything we needed. The kitchen and living space is spacious allowing for family to gather for dinners. The communication for trip was outstanding. Plenty of beach chairs and tent for fun days on the beach!

Beautiful home away from home

Great property and vacation home. Beautiful spot right on the beach with wonderful neighbors. Great location in Ponte Vedra. Close to all amenities - restaurants, golf, fitness (yoga/Pilates), shopping and hotels and spas.

I wanted to take this opportunity to update the community about Ponte Vedra Ocean Manor 106-D, as some of these reviews are from several years ago. Since that time, I've made significant investments into the unit, so much so that I believe it to be the Jewel of Ponte Vedra. And I've also switched property management companies to VTrips, and I couldn't be happier! They do an amazing job and are like family to me. So come see for yourself and book some time in paradise. You won't be disappointed.

This is a wonderful option for a beachfront getaway. The only reason for 4 stars are the beds in each room. They are extremely old with mattress toppers in an effort to make them more comfortable. While I know it’s an expense to replace them it should be a priority. The kitchen is well supplied! Tons of great casserole dishes, nice pots and pans. If you plan on cooking meals you should have everything you need. Bring extra soap for both the kitchen and bathrooms. Also bring extra toilet paper as you get one roll per bathroom. The location is great! Very quite area. Parking underground in a garage was a plus.

A VRBO Favorite

We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. The comfortable furniture and sliding doors with screens on the back porch made this one of our favorite VRBO's to date. The living room furniture is also very comfortable, kitchen and dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, and bedroom mattresses are great. If someone is sleeping in one of the front two bedrooms, they will need block-out eye-wear for sleeping since the window shades do not block the bright lights from the front porch and street.

Great beach front rental

This condo was great for our family of five! It had great beach access, to an uncrowned beach where we surfed, boogie boarded, and found lots of shark teeth! The condo it equipped with anything you may need, and communication with the rental agency was quick and efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

Convenience with Luxury

Easy access to beach while privacy is maintained within condo. Only 10 minutes from great restaurants and basic needs for any meal preparation. Would definitely revisit on future trips to this area.
