Our stay at the Pointe Vedra Beach condo was wonderful. We loved the screened/glassed in porch and spent most of our time there. The beach was so accessible, and we saw few people which was very nice. Our only complaint was one adult slept in the children's room, and the lower bunk bed was so hard to get out of. A firmer, higher mattress would correct that issue.

Check in was tedious since we were given 6 or more different codes electronically for the different doors. We love the Ponte Vedra location and have stayed there at several different properties in the past. The location and view from this condo were wonderful. Outside of the building, the stairs inside and out, and the garage were run down and dirty. The condo was clean, although it would be great if properties would mop the floors for those of us who like to walk barefoot without getting black soles. The pictures on your website for this condo were not true to life! The condo itself was surely beautiful 10-15 years ago, but it is run down now. In the master bath, the shower head only squirted or trickled water. In the porch, the sliding doors are old and stuck, the screens were broken in places, so we couldn't open the doors to the ocean. We won't return to this property unless it is updated.

This is a wonderful option for a beachfront getaway. The only reason for 4 stars are the beds in each room. They are extremely old with mattress toppers in an effort to make them more comfortable. While I know it’s an expense to replace them it should be a priority. The kitchen is well supplied! Tons of great casserole dishes, nice pots and pans. If you plan on cooking meals you should have everything you need. Bring extra soap for both the kitchen and bathrooms. Also bring extra toilet paper as you get one roll per bathroom. The location is great! Very quite area. Parking underground in a garage was a plus.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Great updated condo for our family visit to Ponte Vedra for Memorial Day weekend. Location could not be better. Not crowded like other parts of the beach. Condo had everything we needed. The kitchen and living space is spacious allowing for family to gather for dinners. The communication for trip was outstanding. Plenty of beach chairs and tent for fun days on the beach!

A VRBO Favorite

We loved the close proximity and easy access to the beach. The comfortable furniture and sliding doors with screens on the back porch made this one of our favorite VRBO's to date. The living room furniture is also very comfortable, kitchen and dining room has plenty of comfortable seating, and bedroom mattresses are great. If someone is sleeping in one of the front two bedrooms, they will need block-out eye-wear for sleeping since the window shades do not block the bright lights from the front porch and street.

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed being steps away from the beach! Made it easy to grab snacks or take a break from the sun. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space!!! Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

Location and house was fabulous. Loved the decor and that there are 3 bathrooms. The sunroom was our favorite spot. The beach is private which was nice. I would say be sure to bring your chairs, etc. for the beach. Could use a curtain in the guest bedroom as the light outside was very bright. Would come back.

Beach Access Cut Short

The accommodations were great and you could not be closer to the beach. Wide open and quiet space. No commercial noise but good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. It's quiet and if that's exactly what we wanted. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is the beach was entirely closed off for the last two days of our stay due to beach renovations (sand dredging). There was NO COMMUNICATION in advance about this. Heavy/massive machinery took over the beach. Really put a damper on our stay. While VRBO got us access to another private beach (requiring a drive, parking and no access to any facilities) our stay ended on a very sour note. We lost two days of sunny warm weather beaching out the back door and no renumeration for our troubles. Not happy.

Plumbing Nightmare

First, let me start by saying that the customer service by V-trips and local property management was 5 star. The property was very beautiful, however severe plumbing issues caused us to not only leave a day early, but we also had to be moved to a hotel. I would recommend the property, but I would also look into the plumbing issues to make sure they have been fixed before checking out this property

Beautiful location and property

We could not have been more pleased with our stay on the beach! The condo was clean, fully stocked with all necessary kitchen gadgets and the beds were incredibly comfortable! This was the perfect location and property for our family of five!
