Lovely Tiny House Nestled in the Eucalyptus trees

This SLO home may be tiny, but it’s big on charm. A perfect get away for a couple, young family, or a single person desirous of a change of pace and a little more peace.
Located off of Higuera street makes getting everywhere easy, but privately nestled away in shady eucalyptus trees behind a little creek.
Included in this tiny home, you’ll find space to relax, a cozy sleeping loft, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All the simple amenities you need in a home without all the distractions.

Our Tiny Home is located inside of the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. This is a newly acquired property and is still in phase one of remodel and updating. Walk down the tiny home patio and find two relaxing chairs located at the back of the home to enjoy the views of the trees and creek.

The Mobile Home Park has a one way road with a marked entrance and exit side. The teal tiny home is hard to miss!! There is only ONE parking spot available for the tiny home inside the park, located in front of the home, space 7.

You’ll find everything you need at a short drive from this home located off of Higuera street, as well as easy access onto the 101, making surrounding towns easy to get to for extra exploring.

Only ONE parking space is provided inside the park, and is located in front of the Tiny Home.

For the exterior: This community is quiet and you’ll find people sticking to themselves. While sitting on the back patio, you can feel the calm of the trees and creek.
For the interior: You’ll find a clean space with everything you need. We require you to have the physical ability to be able to climb a ladder up to the cozy loft room and Into the tub. The door is a little sticky and you’ll need to ensure it’s closed tightly when coming and going.
When doing a load of laundry you’ll feel the house shake a little while the spin cycle is on ;)
