Wake up looking at the Gulf of America while enjoying a hot cuppa coffee on the patio. This house has been completely remodeled. Approximately eight minutes from downtown New Port Richey where there are many types of bars and restaurants. Sit on the dock with a fishing pole and catch your dinner, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your private dock in the back yard, along with a 10,000 pound boat lift for your convenience. Water and electric for those that want to flush out their boat. Come stay and enjoy paradise.

We had a great stay!!! House was beautiful and spotless. Ron was very helpful and responsive with any question we had. It was relaxing being in there enjoying the sunsets and walking around seeing what we can find. Definitely recommended

Boater's Dream

Ron was an amazing host. Well cared for home on canal with boat lift and easy access to Anclote Island and Honeymoon Island. Great fishing, beach and sunsets. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ron!
