Spring Break 24

We came to stay with our 15 year old son over Spring Break. We loved the house! We rented a fishing boat and docked it at the house as well. Really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view.

Nice place, great host

If you are looking for a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery, this is it. The house as all the equipment you need with a big kitchen and private pool. Deborah is an outstanding host which always answer quickly to any questions you might have. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy relaxing in a beautiful area. Ron Matteau

Great Place with an even Better View

My family and I have stayed in the house before, and we absolutely love it. Every morning, I sit in the sitting room with a cup of coffee and look out at the pool and ocean. I enjoy the pool while my husband fishes from the dock. The house is also well stocked with everything you need. Debra, the owner and Bill, the maintenance man, are always a text away and are prompt in their response. We can’t wait until our next stay!

Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey

If you are a couple or 2 couples looking for a nice vacation home this is the place for you. Nice location on one of the many canals. Very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located close to everything you need from groceries to beaches to shopping, and I'm sure there's night life, too! We are seniors so like to be home in the evening. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating as is the property manager who is nearby if you need him for anything. You will need to book ahead at least in snowbird season! (Bathrooms do not have handrails for seniors but mentioned this to owner, so perhaps they will have them installed sometime soon ). Would highly recommend this prooerty!

Great Spring Vacation House

This house is clean and very well stocked. The owner was very attentive and contacted us before and during the rental to ensure our satisfaction. Furniture is in good condition and the kitchen is nicely equipped. The house is on a fairly busy street so there is some traffic noise. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, various soaps and hot water. Stores and restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. There are manatees and dolphins in the canals. Several great blue herons prefer to drink from the pool and visits several times daily. There is an aggressive snowy white egret that will demand to be fed and will walk into the house if you’re not careful. We enjoyed this location and the house. We would certainly recommend this house and we may return soon.

Beautiful home right on the channel. Everything is new in the house and the kitchen is impeccably equipped with high end BergHOFF kitchenware. Very clean and communication with the hostess was great.

The house was equipped with everything we needed, I forgot q tips and then found some in the bathroom. Thanks for the tips on where to and entertainment! Would definitely head back there again!!

Michigan Snow Birds

What a Diamond of a house. A kitchen made in heaven, beds that made you think you were on a cloud and views from the pool deck of boats, birds, Dolphins, and leaping fish. The washer and dryer was a big plus without a need to pack more clothes. Deborah was on top of everything and she has a building Manager just down the block. Many attractions and beaches to choose from or you can just sit by the pool and read. Awesome accommodations!

Everyone who has stayed, absolutely loved it. They get to relax by the pool, on the local beaches, on a rented boat or party on a party boat. They catch fish in the backyard! Watch dolphins and manatees. Shop in the local outlets and eat in restaurants similar to Key West atmosphere or fine dining in the local cities. The King beds are a perfect sleep every night! The twins are high and also allows a perfect sleep!
