Walk into the open living area to relax in front of a movie, play some ping pong or Ms. Pac-Man, chill in the massage chair, or sit around the table for a meal. Walk out the back door to your enclosed retreat (and for Winter and Spring 2026, SIT IN THE HOT TUB) to sip some coffee or play putt-putt and grill out.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook. TVs in most rooms, comfy beds, and privacy in four bedrooms. Close to shopping and 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach. This is your place!!! Also, read the reviews please!

The home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a spacious living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. There are four private bedrooms, including three with queen beds and one with bunk beds, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The screened-in back deck and fenced backyard provide the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the fenced-in backyard and all available amenities. A park on the Banana River is just one mile away, perfect for outdoor activities. Bicycles are available for a quick ride to Publix, local restaurants, or nearby shopping areas.

The house has plenty of space and a decent-sized fenced yard that worked well for my 2 Pomeranians. There is also a Publix very close to the home. The owner, Brian, was easy to talk to, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great stay, as always. Plenty of room for Military Mens Softball team. Close to complex and super convenient grocery store location. Home was clean and plenty of spare linens. Will definitely be staying again next year!

Maybe I stayed in a different home from all the 10/10 reviewers…? The house did accommodate our large family, the host seemed very nice & it had plenty of linens. Maybe they made good attempts to make it nice, but unfortunately failed on many levels, much of which you wouldn’t know by looking at the listing. Torn/taped holes in the sofa; broken door transition strips, paint peeling in many places; holes in screens; difficult to manage “smart thermostat”; disgusting carpets need cleaning (or swap in favor of wood floors) & huge hairballs under the bed (normally don’t look there but dropped a ring). Plates/silverware not clean; the silverware tray full of salt/pepper/gunk; junky drawers; toys left out in rain & broken; a washing machine whose drain pipe ran from the machine out a window cracked open to accommodate it; water flowing directly into the back yard next to the screened porch. Ping pong table still broken (see previous reviewer comment); air hockey not working at all—things our grandkids looked forward to. Wall-mounted nostalgic games were a nice touch, though. Drip coffee maker sticky & dirty, as was the area around it by the trash can (we cleaned it ourselves, as well as the coffee pot, silverware & plates). There was broken furniture & trash cans on the curb the whole week which just made the place look ratty. A little attention to detail & investment into some maintenance & upgrading would go a long way to make this nice again. Sorry to say I cannot recommend.

15 minutes away from everything you'd want to do

We stayed here so we would be smack dab in the middle of Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Playalinda and it was wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

It was very adequate to fit the six of us. There were several amenities. Great location for our needs. Brian was great at communicating. Everything went smoothly and he was very accommodating.

Family friendly!

A great place to stay. Lots of space for the kids and the dog. Very close to Publix. 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Pool table, ping pong, video games. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation

The house was well listed plenty of pictures.So we knew exactly what we were getting. What we didn't know it was how great Brian was going to be from helping us find things to do and taking us out on a boat excursion. The property is awesome, but I highly recommend talking to Brian about the extra things to do down there.

Great location

I was very impressed with this location. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We had a great time in this huge house which comes with fun games (ping pong, pool, air hockey, video games, etc). If anything, the listing doesn’t do justice to what a great place this is! We will be back!

Close to Cape Canaveral and the National Cemetery. Easy in and out of the neighborhood. So nice to be able to travel with our Senior Dane and have a safe place for him. Thanks again!

Perfect stay for camp

We were spending the week so that our daughter could attend space camp at NASA. The home was just as described. It was only 15-20 minutes from KSC which was perfect. If you do decide to stay, make sure you go to Loyd Have Mercy and Third Culture Kitchen for dinner...the food was amazing! Brian was quick to respond with questions.

Accurate description

Property was accurstely described, only hiccup was air hockey was put up for maitainence. Kids enjoyed lesrning pool and ping pong though. Great communication and even helped us with a item that was forgotten at the property upon our departure.

beautiful home. well equipped with everything we needed and then some. nice location. close enough to cruise port. definitely could sleep 12 comfortably. my only complaints are not enough bath or beach towels and ping pong table is broken and collapsed on us while playing.
