The home includes 1 King Sized Bed with ensuite bath, 1 Queen Sized Bed, and 2 Singles! Our home is fully equipped with a Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, and much more!

Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA.

Our home is located on the 2nd floor of a two-unit building and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your time at the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), WiFi/Smart TV in Every Room, a Dining area, Linens (sheets, beach/bath/hand towels), laundry, covered parking and more.

HOME LOCATION:

For those of you looking to enjoy a QUIET Vacation with your family, you have found the right place.

West Newport is (in our opinion) one of the best locations to live/rent in Newport Beach. From forty-seventh to seventy-fourth, W. Newport is home to many long-term and permanent residents of Newport spending their time enjoying the beach without all of the hustle and bustle of the Pier & Tourist Areas. Inclusive of the W. Newport Park, you will find everything from children's Jungle Gyms to Racquetball, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Volleyball, and basketball courts. For those looking to explore the Bay, we recommend launching your stand-up paddle boards and kayaks from Channel Park on 46th street.

The community of West Newport also has some great local restaurants. From breakfast at Cappy's Café to fine dining at Cucina Alessa, a home-cooked meal at the Spaghetti Bender (get the Gnocchi) to a sandwich at Tidepools or grab a Burrito on the run at Chronic Taco. There's nothing you won't find within a few minutes of home.

Great place to stay

Although the weather was rainy most of the trip, the view through the homes was beautiful and only steps from the beach. This home was warm and cozy. Definitely a great place to stay.

Prior to rent this unit I asked how old the photos being used to advertise were, the host relied with “the are 2 years old.” This unit had been used quite often and that is exactly what the furniture and furnishing told me when we arrived. The shower was clogged and they tried to send a plumber to fix it, but they never showed up. The A/C did not work. This unit is close to the beach and the highway. It was easy to find and easy to access. Beds were comfortable. Once we got the fans flowing air through the unit, it did cool off some. We probably wouldn’t rent this specific unit again, but would definitely cost the area again!

Great spot for families

This home did not disappoint. It was just as nice in person as it looks in the photos. We stayed in July and not having A/C was one of our only negatives. There were 2 portable fans which helped. Lots of chairs for the beach and umbrellas and the sand was just 50 yards away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Amazing beach house & location

We loved this beach house! The location was perfect. The house was very nice and just like the pictures! It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved that the beach was literally right out the door and that they had items provided for the beach (umbrellas, boogie boards, towels, etc). Couldn't have been better!
