This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A.

Come stay at this charming 30A vacation rental and enjoy the magic of the beach! Sea Haunts 2D – enjoys a striking beachfront location and a covered patio with panoramic views of blue-green water.

This three-story townhome can accommodate nine guests with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, so bring the whole family or your closest friends with you for a trip to the beach. The first floor houses a guest room and the second living room, so it’s perfect if you have kids in your group who may want their own space. Then, on the second floor, you will find the main living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and a covered balcony that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico. Just look at that view! Once you spend some time out there, you’ll never want to leave.

In addition, the kitchen has been upgraded to include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and comes with all of the cookware to help you prepare some delicious meals. Once you make your way up to the third floor, you’ll find the master bedroom and another guest room. The master bedroom enjoys tremendous views from three stories up. One full bathroom with a walk-in shower is on this floor as well.

When you’ve unpacked and settled into your Gulf front townhome, it’s finally time to make your way down to the beach! Head down Sea Haunts’ private boardwalk and sink down into the sugar soft sand. The beach affords so many incredible opportunities, and your vacation to 30A knows no limits. Build sandcastles in the sand, swim in the Gulf, or go for a morning walk accompanied by a beautiful sunrise. Next, after your day at the beach, venture out and explore 30A. Cruise down the bike paths and enjoy the scenic view, or go for a hike at Grayton Beach State Park. Grab a bite to eat at one of your favorite restaurants or visit a local boutique at Gulf Place. Great location!

We loved the location of the property. The views were amazing! There were bugs in the unit . Also, the unit stayed HOT! It was hard to sleep comfortably.

Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and the location was perfect. Walkable to some shops and restaurants and directly on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We slept a couple kids on the pullout bed in the lower level living room to get to the occupancy of 9. There is not a space to sit all 9 people down for a meal at once but the kids liked eating out on balcony and there are 4 seats in the kitchen bar to sit. The lowest level does get a little warm compared to the rest of the house so plan pjs accordingly if you sleep hot. There were a handful of chairs and beach toys/floats left behind by others which I’m sure will vary from stay to stay. The kids loved the pool as well. Overall we would recommend this location.

The house had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The view was amazing! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach! We would have loved to just stay there forever! The manager communication was great as well. Anything we needed they responded right away! We definitely will be booking again!

We were very happy about the property condition. It was as advertised and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Suggestion for property management: Either fix the lock on the main floor, sliding door that leads to porch or place something in the track as you have done on the qst floor.

30A- get away!

Nice property, as listed. Transaction between owner and management company were all very smooth. There were a couple minor hiccups with service/house cleaning and when we called the management office, they responded very quickly and efficiently. Same thing, we had an issue with one of the bikes of which they took care of the minute we let them know. Great location, great service, and great VRBO owners. Thank you all.

Perfect location

The condo was great for beach access. It’s an easy walk to restaurants. The listing says king bed on the bottom floor, but it’s a queen. We made it work, but changed our sleeping arrangements. We loved the outdoor sitting areas and the patio with your own wash station. The views are amazing. EC rentals set up chairs for us each day. The main stairs could use some TLC cleaning. The bottom floor must have been a garage conversion because it remained warm when the rest of the townhouse was much cooler. It’s not ideal to sleep in. The pool has a shallow end perfect for young kids. Overall we loved the property and area. We plan on returning!

Our vacation was amazing. The house
not so much. Has a pretty bad cockroach problem. Staff said they sprayed the day before but there we hundreds daily. staff did offer to respect but was kind of put off. Said it’s a Florida thing like my concerns were stupid. Other rentals have never had bugs like this. Mainly in kitchen and basement. Staff also decided to clean carpets before we came. We were offered a day early check in but declined because of scheduling. So we headed a smidge early. Arrive at 3pm instead of 4pm check in. We were denied. Carpets were then wet from check in at 4pm until noon the next day. Outdoor shower does not work. The outdoor hose works. Shower does not. Major leak. Grill is jacked. Technically it lights but burners are falling apart and no deflectors. 2nd floor sliding door to deck sticks and doesn't open all the way. Also the lock is broken to it. 2nd floor toilet runs. Had to fix chain multiple times. Kitchen sink backs up, especially when dishwasher is running. Dishwasher does not clean properly. Internet/wifi was a joke! Would turn off and reboot constantly. Garbage all along the outside patio. Was only 1 pool key. Staff came and cleaned patio and gave us 2nd pool key. All vents in house have mold. There is a slight smell of mold in the house.

Family Trip to Santa Rosa

This rental was amazing for our family of 5. It was my spouse and myself as well as our 3 kids, ages 23 months, 9 years, and 15 years old. The view was absolutely stunning. The beach is steps away from your back door. The beaches are so beautiful and clean and not overfly crowded. The neighborhood was very safe and family friendly and the cute shops and restaurants of 30A were less than 1/2 a mile away. Easy to walk or take a quick bike ride to grab snow cones or lunch. There is also a pool on site for all condo guests to use and it was clean and not too crowded as well. They also had an amazing jacuzzi hot tub at the pool location. A few things I do recommend is to bring some seasonings and coffee (not pods) if you plan to cook or have a nice cup of coffee on the patio in the mornings. There are a couple of grocery stores close by though if you would like to shop as you get into Santa Rosa. Also, bring your own beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas and extra towels for sure. Also note that there are 2 sets of stairs in this unit and no baby gates. It was a bit challenging with my 23-month-old, who thinks she can do everything on her own, but overall, as long as someone is paying attention it's not a big issue. Thank you so much for an amazing visit to Florida, we cannot wait to come back again!

Great location but not well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit is fantastic, we loved the views and being steps from the beach. That alone made our trip good. But...On the negative side, we did not feel like the management was very good. The information in the app regarding how to check in was out of date or not applicable to our unit. It was difficult to check in because you have to wait for a text (to be able to access the unit with the code they provide), but our phones had no signal there. And we weren't able to connect to the unit's wifi as we waited in the driveway because the information in the app regarding accessing wifi was not complete. I had to drive around and find a restaurant with wifi and hang around inside until we received the text. Maybe this is not a big deal, but it did make a very frustrating start to our start. The unit was not very clean - the microwave had not been cleaned at all, we found Q-tips and cigarette butts on the balcony and trash around the grill area. One of my kid's toys rolled under the couch and it was absolutely disgusting under there. The unit was not very well maintained. The only outlet in the upstairs bathroom did not work - we called a maintenance man and he said he was not allowed to repair it as it was not up to code (someone had fraudulently put compliant stickers on the outlet!). The table and chairs on the deck were literally falling apart. There were no grill tools, no spare sheets, and one of the beds didn't even have any blankets on it (there must have been a shortage in proper linens, another bed was made haphazardly with the wrong size pillow cases), so we had to call the managing company for all of these. The pool gate did not work and everyone was just using a piece of wood to shim it open. I realize that right now it's difficult to find employees and various supplies. So we tried to be patient and understanding. But there were too many things wrong for us to recommend this unit at this price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in beachfront rentals throughout 30A-- this condo and 2C are by far the best value. Beach Habitats 30A management is great and they worked late into the evening to resolve a minor issue I wasn't even complaining about. This condo has great views of the ocean and you can be at the beach in about 30 seconds. The condo was clean and generally comfortable. These are the only negatives: The sectional downstairs in much smaller than it appears in the photos. You can't sleep on it (it does have a pull out bed with a thin mattress). My son planned on sleeping on the sectional but then had to sleep on the upstairs couch. The downstairs room has no privacy and if you have kids watching movies or whatever you'll hear it throughout the condo. You can't exit through the back door without going through a bedroom. Note that this beach is probably one of the least occupied on 30A but you'll still have enough people who go put their chairs out at 5AM that you may not be able to sit on the first row. There is no private beach associated with this condo. Overall, great place, have stayed in this complex twice and recommend.

Breathtaking

The location can’t be beat. The private beach alone is well worth it. Can’t get any better. The house is a perfect beach house. My recommendation to the owners would be at some point a remodel or upgrade would be needed. Mainly On the first floor. Also, not sure why there isn’t a pantry or an area to store food. But at least have basic spices for guests. Overall, this is a great place to stay. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect! Right on the beach, close to the pool, inside a gated area and walking distance to the shopping and eating area. The house was nice and very well supplied but I would suggest a few more bath towels. The only issues we had were minor and management was quick to respond to my text messages. The upstairs didn’t have power when we arrived and they suggested we check the breaker box. It was just a flipped breaker but not everyone is comfortable flipping breakers. Two of the balconies had paper plates and discarded cigarettes left on them. The beach was clean and pretty and just steps from the house. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
