Cozy Cove Cottage is a perfect getaway while staying in iconic Seaside. This modern home is conveniently located near the beach and Promenade and is packed full of amenities for either staying in or relaxing at the end of a busy day.
As you enter you will find the living room that features a gas fireplace, Smart TV and a DVD player. To the left a dining table for six leads into the kitchen where you can whip up a gourmet meal using this well-equipped kitchen. This home features a Keurig, so don't forget your favorite k-cups. Located off the kitchen you will find the washer and dryer.
This home has three comfortable bedrooms as you go down the hall. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom, with an additional bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
When enjoying time in the fenced backyard, use the onsite grill to prepare a meal or relax around the fire-pit. In the garage you will find a Foosball table, which is a great way to pass the time during one of Seaside liquid sunshine days.
This home is the perfect getaway to enjoy a modern touch of class.

Love the rental. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and only a 10-15 minute walk to where the soccer in the sand tournament was that we were in town for. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cute house!
Very clean, cute house in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach for the 4th of July fireworks. It was a great stay! Will definitely book again.

Cozy cottage for a family getaway
Great little place for our family of 4. We liked the modern boho decor. There are a few little things that need repair, but overall a lovely stay.

Seaside getaway
We had such a nice time at Cozy Cove Cottage. Very clean, all the comforts of home. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here.

Love it great stay
We really enjoyed the house. The foosball table was fun. The only thing that we didn’t have was garbage sacks for the garbage can other than that our stay was perfect.

Anniversary getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and updated, and stocked well with everything we needed.
The property management team was easy to connect with and very accommodating.
The location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything but on a quiet and well maintained street. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the entire layout! It was so cozy, and the porch was out favorite hang out spot. The only issue was, the master bathroom toilet was having severe flushing issues. Kitchen was perfect, but was short on forks. the toilet paper, paper towels and tissues were greatly appreciated.
