Great guest house

The guest house for my sisters worked so nicely so they had some private space together away from some of my friends staying in the main house with me! I loved the backyard and the pool. The house had everything you needed. A few friends suggested newer pillows and a few more bathroom towels. I would stay here again!

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway Home

Spent my 40th birthday weekend here with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The host was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself is very comfortable for a large group and is conveniently located to a lot of things within walking distance or a short drive to downtown Palm Springs.

I had an amazing time at this place. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything was spotless and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and servingware. I was pleasantly surprised because I had brought some serving bowls, but they had them too.However, we encountered a minor issue with the pool heating. I had paid extra for it to be heated, but it was only warm in certain areas. It’s a large pool, so I understand that it takes time to heat up, but it didn’t seem to stay heated consistently. Despite this, I didn’t mind since it was sunny and very warm during my stay.Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Star was very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with using the house and finding things. I would suggest adding more cooking spray and a cheese grater for use in the house. Additionally, having a Roku in the living room or a HDMI cable to connect to the TV would be a great addition. Lastly, providing extra face towels for guests would be a nice touch.

Beautiful and clean

Took the girls in my salon for 35th anniversary celebration, was very impressed with the home and all the amenities and cleanliness.Lots of room and beautiful backyard to play games along with the pool. I gave this property a 10. definitely want to make this a annual trip.

great space for extended family

we stayed two nights with extended family to celebrate a birthday (3 families, including kids) and everyone had a great time. plenty of space and bedding for everyone, very clean, the guest house was perfect for the kids. backyard was fun with firepit, heated pool and spa, and big lawn. only issue was loud music all night from the neighbors. otherwise, a great stay.

Perfect Palm Sorings rental

First off the pictures do not do justice to this gorgeous property!! The casita is a lot larger with nice kitchenette!! I stayed here with friends and the house had everything we needed from pool towels to dish ware. The covered patio is huge and perfect way to be outside without being in the hot desert sun. My only complaint is the pool and spa couldn’t get working properly during our stay so we weren’t able to use as much as we wanted!The host communicated that she had her pool support come immediately to fix it. Seems that WiFi resets daily that supports heating. Rent this property. Plenty of parking! Great yard space too!

Sorry for poor review. The house is next to the airport and directly under a flight path so loud jets fly over the house many, many times a day and at night. Lots of things in the house were broken. The security system alarm made loud beeping noises as soon as we walked in although it was supposed to be disabled. It loudly beeped all night and for 24 hours. That was really a problem. The hot tub first wouldn't turn on, then wouldn't turn off. The coffee machine was broken. A bathtub wouldn't drain. It seems lots of things just didn't work. We had to leave 2 days after we arrived because of all the broken things and had to pay for a hotel instead. I suggested, but didn't formally request a partial credit or refund because it was the right thing to do. So I just asked the owner to "do the right thing". That was ignored. The one good thing is the owner was nice and tried to fix broken things but the house was just very problematic. Oh well.

Girls weekend

Overall this property was exactly as described! Lots of amenities and open room and space available for guests. Only issues were being able to access the controls to the jacuzzi, as well as having a pool man come in the middle of the day to do a chlorine treatment without our knowledge, he just walked right into the backyard on his own, which caused us to not be able to use the pool during the treatment. Overall though, would stay again!

Great place for a relaxing vacation in Palm Springs

We had a very enjoyable stay here during the week between Christmas and New Year's. I would recommend the place for folks looking for a place that's spacious and private, and don't mind driving to the downtown area. Positives: -Communication with host was done through email and text messages. Host was prompt and responded to my questions within reasonable time window. Check-in/Check-out process was simple and hassle free -Heated pool/Jacuzzi is really nice. It's a good size pool and felt completely private. There is an added charge of $200 (one time fee for entire stay) but it's totally worth it in my opinion. Once the payment was posted, host sent me a link to an app for easily controlling the pool/spa. The pool area also has cool LED lighting that can be controlled through a separate remote. -Place is very spacious inside and out - we had a group of 8 (5 adults, 3 teens) and did not feel cramped at all -Place is well kept, everything in working order and as described -Detached guest house was great and came with a separate full bathroom, fridge and a foosball table/couch area Other notes: -It's about a 3 mile drive to downtown area. So not within comfortable walking distance (but I knew that when I booked the place) -Noise from planes flying overhead - didn't bother me too much but may be bothersome to some folks

The perfect Palm Springs home! Excellent location, very close to downtown. Home was very clean and the perfect situation for a large group. The outdoor space is beautiful and very relaxing, great for a girls weekend. Can’t wait to return.
