Leave your gate pass on the kitchen counter or turn it into security on your way out.
The only thing you really need to do is just send me a message when you have left. A simple "I have left the condo" would be great. That way I can head up and start cleaning for the next guest.

A great little condo for two with the best sunset views around! The onsite poolside restaurant is great too. The host communicated really well from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend this condo at Sailpoint. We hope to return soon!

The location is great and the view from the balcony is absolutely incredible. The unit was perfect for my husband and me who made good use of the kitchen and that balcony. We would stay here again.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The Condo was immaculately clean and quite comfortable. The Big Bamboo Tiki bar and restaurant was terrific...great service, fun atmosphere, and good food.

Our 2nd visit to this property and will stay again based on availability on our next trip to Tampa. Great location, close to airport and major highways. The unit is on 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach area, bay and beautiful sunsets. Communication with owner is very good. The property is as advertised, very clean and well equipped.

This was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was great and had everything we could need. The balcony was an amazing feature as well. Overall, it had everything we needed and was clean and reliable. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Answered any and all questions and was fantastic overall. Really easy to use Uber/Lyft on property. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay and would definitely book again!
