Welcome to your ideal family getaway in South Venice! This beautifully remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for multiple families or large groups.



The unique split layout provides two separate living areas:

‱ Main Side: 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, 3 Twins) and 2 full bathrooms.

‱ Guest Side: Second living area with a Queen sleeper sofa & single sleeper pull out chair.

‱ Bonus Room: A 4th bedroom with a sofa for a single sleeper, located between the 2nd living area and the 5th bedroom, great for kids.

‱ Private Entry: The 5th bedroom (King) features a separate outside entrance for added convenience.



Enjoy the heated pool and screened lanai for year-round outdoor relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and all bedding & towels are provided.



The home is on a septic system and well water, featuring a brand-new Reverse Osmosis filtration system for fresh, clean drinking water.

Excellent property for a family stay in Venice

This home was perfect for our family's spring break in Venice. Close to the beach, attractions, shopping. The home is great, with numerous bedrooms, lots of closet space and sleeping areas, a great room with huge sectional and a fully stocked, modern kitchen. The pool was perfect for children - not too deep - and the property manager was wonderfully responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

Great family place

The house was perfect for a family trip. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 of us. Having a pool that we could heat was perfect for the kids because our weather was on the cooler side. If I decide to return to Venice I would definitely check on this place again.
