Il s'agit d'un penthouse face à l'océan, directement sur la plage paisible et peu fréquentée de Cape Canaveral. Il offre un accès privé à la plage, une piscine chauffée, un spa (jacuzzi) et tout le confort nécessaire. Situé tout près de Cocoa Beach, du village de Cocoa, des boutiques, restaurants, du magnifique zoo de Brevard, et à distance de marche du célèbre Cocoa Beach Pier.

We stayed 2 weeks at this property and had a a great time . Easy check in, parking , and view to die for. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella to use. Beds were comfortable and plenty of things to do inside and outside the condo. We were there during the air show and saw 3 incredible launches as well during our 2 weeks. I can’t say much about the kitchen as I refuse to cook while vacationing but it looked like they had everything you need. Joanne the owner was top notch! I feel like I made a friend just corresponding with her. Book this property you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend.We wanted a few days of relaxation ahead of hitting the parks and this was ideal to relax and unwind with direct access to a beautiful beach.Communication with owners was excellent and they provided all the info we needed.Accommodation was also ideal for our family with everything we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby but a car is needed.We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the balcony which was a highlight of the trip.Would highly recommend.

One of Our Favorite Places!

We loved this place the mmoment we walked in, a beautiful updated condo in a a great location. Just minutes to anything you need, beautiful beach and a great view of rocket launches from Port Canaveral and Kennedy. They had everything we needed and everyday we received an email from our host about things to do, places to eat etc. Just a great sta at a wonderful location. Thanks!!! We will be back!

Cape Canaveral Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and it was better than we could have imagined! The condo was clean, in a great location, and so close to the beach. It had everything we could possibly need for our beach time and had all cookware for our meals. The hosts were outstanding and checked in several times to make sure things were going well. We have referred this place to several other people and plan to go back Very soon!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!!

Beautiful condo inside and out! Anything you might need is in the condo… you feel like you are at home away from home. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. View is spectacular. We couldn’t have found a better place for our family vacation!

Everything was excellent from the moment I requested to book this condo. The communication with the owner, Johanna was consistent and helpful from the moment we booked until our checkout. The condo had everything we neededto start our vacation immediately.

This condo is in a terrific location, close to all major attractions, yet, on a very peaceful stretch of beach, with no public parkings close by , making it much less crowded than the rest of the area ! A nice , quiet and relaxing beach, yet close to the action .You get a small beach town feel with the excitement of 🚀rocket launches,🧑🏻‍🚀the Space camp, festivals, and 🚢Port Canaveral cruise ships passing right by our condo! You may be even lucky enough to see a submarine come to port! Once in a while, a group of dolphins can been seen right in front, or , at many areas of Banana river. Located less than an hour from the theme parks, Kennedy space center, water parks, museums , ,Orlando shopping , a wonderful zoo ( 20 minutes ) , air boats , Mettitt island refuge park, etc there’s plenty to keep you busy.

Biking on our compact sand base beach is lots of fun, during low tide, or on our many well maintained safe trails. Bikes can be delivered directly to condo $ . All beach equipment can be rented for a small fee also $ .We have Ron Jon, the biggest surf and clothes in North America, as well as the dinosaur store and museum and shop Orlando Intl. Airport (MCO) - 51 min drive, theme parks under an hour,
Kennedy Space center about 18 miles.
