Summary:

Unit 115 is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean-side of the condo, with a space that sleeps 2 on a Queen bed. Spend time relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace, make a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), or use our easy nearby beach access to play and then the walk-in shower to warm up and clean off. Take advantage of our central location to explore everything nearby!



The Space:

Unit 115 is a ground floor, privately-owned studio condo. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean side of the condo, with a space that sleeps 2 on a Queen bed. Spend time relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace, make a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), or use our easy nearby beach access to play and then the walk-in shower to warm up and clean off. Take advantage of our central location to explore everything nearby!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Exactly what I was looking for

There were extra pillows and blankets, a toaster, everything you would need. The view was amazing. The fireplace added a great vibe to the cool windy evenings. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Front Row seat for King Tides!

Loved the studio! Perfect for a romantic getaway. Gas fireplace was a plus. We will definitely come back!

Nice place to stay

Very comfortable beds. Love the fireplace, love the bathroom, it was not a tub but a walk in shower. Love the way you lock & unlock the doors. Our only problem there were ants in the bathroom.

Great Ocean View

This is a great place with a wonderful view. It was convenient being on the ground floor for walker and wheelchair use. The kitchen provided seasonings and coffee so bring your own or purchase other essentials as needed. The hot tub was nice as well as the fireplace.

Wonderful, wonderful!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in 115 My Orca! It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and oh my word the view! We walked many miles up and down this beach and saw so many beautiful creatures. This condo is a great location for exploring up and down the coast. We are already looking to see when we can come back. Thank you so much to the hosts for making this a delightful vacation!

Unit had ants. Maintenance came in and sprayed. Spray was same smell as when we arrived, assuming they know about the problem. Water pressure would diminish in the shower when another unit would flush toilet or turn on the shower.

What a view.....

We reported a minor issue with the balcony being basically unusable because of a backup in a downspout, maybe? but the view we woke up to each morning was that gorgeous Pacific Ocean just outside our door. The unit was clean, comfortable and a great small kitchen was perfect for a snack before activities or we could rest before an evening out. A perfect long weekend, thank you!!!
