Family get away

We took our 90 year old parents for a winter get away. Everyone loved the house and screened lanai. Our family dog loved the fenced in yard also. Absolutely would recommend this house.

We created this house with love, comfort, and care as our primary residence, and we only rent it occasionally while we travel. Because this is our personal home, you’ll find thoughtful details and everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing, and clean stay.

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. The home is equipped with air purifiers, a UV light system inside the AC unit for improved air quality, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system for clean drinking water.

We truly care for this home and hope you will feel at home here as well, comfortable, peaceful, and able to fully enjoy your stay. We kindly ask guests to treat the space with the same care and respect with which it was created.

One of the best things about this neighborhood is the location! You’re close to all of our favorite places, -beautiful beaches, downtown Sarasota, Saint Petersburg, shopping, restaurants, and major interstates that make exploring the Gulf Coast easy and convenient.

#3 Relaxation, Outdoor Living & Garden
Whether you want to relax indoors or enjoy the Florida sunshine outside, the home offers wonderful spaces to unwind. One of our favorite parts of the backyard is our garden, which includes seasonal fruits that guests are welcome to enjoy when available: bananas, passion fruit, pomegranates, mangoes, dragon fruit, and papayas.

We also grow a variety of fresh herbs that you are welcome to use for salads or teas during your stay. It’s a small peaceful touch of nature that makes the home feel even more special.

#4 Clean Water & Healthy Living
One of my favorite features in the kitchen is our reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking and cooking. It provides fresh, clean water while helping reduce plastic waste and saving hundreds of dollars on bottled water.
